Very comfortable and quiet - just what we needed after big days exploring Tokyo

Cons: Small, but that’s what you expect from Tokyo

Pros: It was perfect for us, a family of 4. It is at a great location, close to the train station, bus stops and a short bus journey to Shinjuku. There are plenty of 7-11 and Family Marts close by as well.

Cons: It would have been nice to have a book of local knowledge, tips etc on getting around and places to visit.

Beautifully clean, well located apartments and very responsive owners.

Pros: The connection to the call centre to check in and get our codes took 3 attempts to get through however we ended up messaging the owners who gave us the code immediately.

Cons: The noise from the top apartment was a bit much at times and we eventually contacted the owners who messaged the occupants (young) and asked them to be mindful of the noise. Was very impressed with the quick response by the owners.

Pros: Washing machine, master bed room, bath room and toilet is clean. Aircon and the lighting with night mode are good as well. Checkin is easy too despute we arrive at midnight. The staff are very friendly.

Cons: Quite challenging to move the big luggage without the lift, especially when we are staying at the 2nd floor and above. The staircase is quite steep.

Great location, had everything you need.

Pros: The location of the property was great. Far enough out of the hustle and bustle that it was quiet enough but a short walk to the train station and a few stops had you in the heart of it. While the apartment was small and compact, it was comfortable and had everything for a family of 5 that we needed. Great that there was a mini kitchen with fridge and microwave, also a washing machine.

Cons: The very narrow staircase was tricky when taking luggage in and out.

All in all convenient and comfortable. Great to have washing machine!

Pros: Separate room for our kid was great, even if it was just a sliding door.

Cons: Not a whole lot in walking distance

Pros: Great location for getting to the train station, lots of little food places and mini marts around the area. Apartment was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We really liked being able to catch the train out of the city life in the evenings and come back to the quite area. It was lively enough to have a wander and look into some shops that were still open after dinner.

Cons: Just the size, it is very small but when you are out exploring all day it doesn't really matter as it's a comfy place to sleep. If you can't do steep stairs then I would request the ground floor or level 1 as they are a bit difficult to navigate with big luggage.

Overall the apartment was perfect with all the amenities provided which were of great quality.

Pros: Beautiful apartment which was neat and tidy. Very convenient location close to subway station and lots of restaurants and family marts around. I would definitely recommend the place as it’s a perfect size apartment for a small family with younger kids.

Cons: No lift with steep stairs. Apartment was on top floor so if you have bigger bags then can be challenging taking them upstairs.

Spacious and comfortable.

Pros: Spacious apartment with good facilities. Advertised as two bedroom but second bed is in the living room. Excellent instructions for finding from the airport. Location is quiet and safe.

Cons: Does require some subway transfers to get around
