Pros: This is a lovely, spacious and well equipped apartment located in a very quiet place. It has enough amenities for a few weeks stay. Beds were comfortable and the window shades did a good job of preventing the street light from shining in the room. The apartment has its own bathroom, with bath tub, shower. The toilet has anything you might need and then some. It is adter all a Japanese toilet. On the very spacious terrace you can find the washing machine. The terrace can be used by one other apartment also but shades and a lock on the door ensure total privacy. The kitchen has a small fridge, microwave, water heating can and an electric hotplate. Cutlery is at the bare minimum but it does the job well. The closest bus was 7 minutes walking and the metro station is 10 minutes away. Umbrellas are available for guests right in front of the door so there is no need for you to bring one.
Cons: Automatic lights are nice and all but they tend to be annoying at night when a foot movement is enough to get them on. The solution i used was really simple, I temporarily blocked the sensor with a piece of paper and some toothpaste. I would suggest to the hosts to disable the sensor from the hallway looking at the bedroom.

Good place in a nice part of the city
Pros: The flat is located in a great part of town, I enjoyed exploring it. The flat is good, has some space and everything is according to description. You can also use the washing machine and dryer downstairs.

Convenient stay
Pros: We loved the place, it contains everything your need for a comfortable stay. The A/C worked perfectly, the location is very quiet, easy to get from train/bus station. The host was super friendly.
Cons: It was not communicated how to check-in, but we figured it out once arrived. Tip for the host - please inform your guests about the PIN in advance :) Everything else was superb, thank you for such a fluent stay :)

Pros: Good location, short walk to subway, quiet side street. Hosts very responsive. Rooms adequate size.
Cons: Automatic lights in hall and bath came on every time you got up to pee. Very disruptive to sleep pattern! Need chairs for balcony.

kleine, feine und sehr gepflegte Unterkunft bestens geeignet für längere Aufenthalte in Tokyo
Pros: Die Lage ist super für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Tokyo. Etwas nördlich von Asakusa, gut angebunden. Die nächste U-Bahn ist etwa 10 Min. Fußweg entfernt. Dafür ist die Nachbarschaft ruhig. Und trotzdem gibt es in der Nähe Cafes und Restaurants, Läden und touristische Angebote. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber völlig ausreichend; die Betten waren gut und es war sauber und angenehm.

Pros: The property was comfortable and warm. Plenty of space for two people. In a residential area and quiet. The hostess incredibly lovely. Small walk to the bus stop or subway station and multiple convenience stores close by.
Cons: Nothing the property was ideal and exactly like the photos provided.

Tokyodaki evimiz.
Pros: Öncelikle ev sahibi inanılmaz ilgili, alakalı ve yardımsever birisi. Ev'in konumu çok güzel. Metro istasyonalarına 5-6 dk yürüyerek ulaşıp her yere gitmek mümkün. Tokyo standartlarının üzerinde bir büyüklüğe sahip. İçerisinde her şey var. Rahat, konforlu, temiz. Chek-in, check-out çok kolay. Burdaki konaklamamızdan çok keyif aldık. Tekrar gelecek olursam, kalacak başka bir yer asla bakmayız.

Pros: おしゃれで清潔な室内でした！ 簡易キッチンと調理器具もあり、便利で良かったです。トイレとお風呂が別なのも良かったです。
Cons: 部屋や脱衣所にドアがない間取りなので、お風呂の際の着替えと、暖房が効きにくい点が困りました。 あと、玄関のタッチパネルの反応が悪い気がします。
