Japanese Tradition Hotel Evergreen

Excellent. So pleased we chose Evergreen

Pros: The location was great. Nice quieter area but walking distance to the train that got you to all the tourist attractions. The accommodation was outstanding. Clean, comfortable and large. It exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Spacious, well located apartment. Hosts responsive and very helpful. Several excellent small restaurants within five minutes on Udo Michi. Wonderful pastries at the Art Hotel. “Parisian Gourmet Breakfasts in Shinjuku.”

Pros: Great choice! Beautiful traditional design, spacious for Tokyo standards. We are family of 4 with two teenagers, we appreciated the separated sleeping areas, kids sleeping on the futon beds. Beds were really comfortable. There are no curtains or blinders but we had sleep masks so no problem. Totally quiet area with no cars around but still very close to Shinjuku and downtown. The shower is in the kitchen but if you need privacy you can close the sliding wall of the living room. We really liked the place and would come back.

Ruhiges Apartment in super Lage

Pros: Perfect mit 3 teenagern, die sich gut aufteilen konnten auf Dusche, WC und Mini Bad in der Küche. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die beiden Zimmer sehr schön! Wir waren überrascht, das Apartment für uns allein zu haben. Es ist in diesem Sinne kein hotel, sondern eine Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist super, sind oft nach Shinjuku gelaufen, und der Weg dahin hat gute Restaurants und Cafes.

Cons: Es war alles perfekt für uns.

Pros: Tradycyjny styl, dużo miejsca. Pralka. Fajna okolica. Podobało mi się

Cons: Luty - marzec przy nocnej temp 5 stopni zimno i trzeba się dogrzewać. Zimna kuchnia. Niezbyt fajny prysznic - wchodzi się z Kuchni. Ale po dłuższym czasie człowiek się przyzwyczaja :) I Wszytsko jest na plus

We loved the stay at the Evergreen Hatsudai, and were sad to leave!

Pros: We loved the quiet location, and lack of tourists around with locals restaurants and people. Close to supermarket and 7-elevens. Not too far from the bus either

Cons: Very little to not like about it, but possibly the beds could have been a little softer, and four chairs would have been helpful for a family of four

Pros: 숙소 입구부터 잘 꾸며져 있어서 대문 열 때마다 기분이 좋았습니다. 내부도 잘 꾸며져 있고 넓어서 4인 기준 편안하게 잠도 자고 식사도 할 수 있었습니다. 내부가 일본 느낌 많이 나게 꾸며져 있어서 진짜 일본 여행을 왔구나 하고 실감이 많이 났고, 주방도 식기나 시설이 잘 되어 있어서 편의점이나 근처 마트에서 식자재 사와서 간단하게 밥 해먹을 수 있었습니다. 바로 근처에 편의점도 있고 맛있는 이자카야도 있어서 더 즐거운 여행이었습니다. 역이랑도 가까워서 교통도 좋습니다!

넓은 숙소 공간, 관광보다는 생활에 가까운 숙소

Pros: 일본 대부분의 호텔이나 아파트는 공간이 협소한 반면, 이 호텔은 침실 이외에도 테이블이 있는 공용 공간, 넉넉한 수납 공간, 분리된 주방, 욕실과 별도의 화장실 까지 있어요. 전통 일본 가옥인 다다미방에서 이색적인 숙박을 할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 청소가 잘 되어있었고 아주 청결했어요. 위생은 흠 잡을데가 없어요. 주방을 쓸 수 있고 식기들도 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 도심의 복잡한 관광 스팟과는 조금 떨어진 위치이지만 지하철 하쓰다이역과 도보 10분 이내의 거리에 있고 골목골목 한적한 일본 주민들의 생활을 느낄 수 있습니다. 인근에 도쿄 오페라 시티가 있어서 공연을 관람하는 것이 목적이었던 저의 여행에는 최고의 위치였습니다. 공연 관람이 아니더라도 골목 안의 상점들이 정겹고, 작은 소바집이나 카페에서 조용하고 여유롭게 식사를 하고 차를 마시는 것도 장점입니다. 근처에 12시넘게까지 영업하는 큰 마트도 있고 편의점도 있습니다. 스탭과는 비대면 연락으로 체크인과 체크아웃을 할 수 있었는데, 그들은 신속하고 세심했고 친절했습니다. 체크인 전에 짐 맡기는 것이 가능하다고 해서 요청했고, 기상상황에 대한 정보와 유의사항도 전달 받았습니다.

Cons: 겨울의 다다미방은 다소 춥습니다. 난방기기가 있지만 보조 난방 기기가 조금 더 있으면 좋겠어요. (고타츠가 있었다면 보완이 되지 않았을까 싶어요.) 침대 매트리스가 조금 내려앉아있어요.
