Wonderful stay and good local neighbourhood

Pros: Apartment was clean and well kept, host Jacob is extremely affable and helpful. Location is in a local Japanese community, good to observe Japanese day to day life. Highly recommended to small or large group travellers.

Great place for a family

Pros: Great place for a family or a smaller group of friends (I would say max 3-4 people). The location is really good, 10 min walk from the subway station, a lot of good restaurants around, quiet neighborhood. Everything you might need is in the apartment. The host was great.

Great location to Shinjuku Shibuya,bigger than hotels

Pros: We really had an amazing stay at this property. We actually moved from apa hotel to this property coz Tokyo business type hotel was too tiny for our family but this apartment was clean cozy and more spacious than other hotels or apartments in Shibuya area. Apartment was located on the ground floor so there was no need to use stair or elevator that was helpful coz we have many suitcases. Location is also good. As advertised Only 2min from JR Shinjuku station by train and about 8min walk to the nearest metro station Hatsudai. Lots of good local foods and some vegan and vegetarian options too.
