Serendipity Kinshicho - 7 mins to JR Station - Near Skytree & Foodie hub

I am very enjoy my stay here

Pros: The location is near to the train station, and it is near to convenience stores also. And the fifth floor room has a view of the Skytree. The bed and those facilities in the room is good. And the room has kitchen and hairdryer, iron. The room is exactly the same in the description

Cons: Overall is good..

Pros: Amazing location with plenty of restaurants near by and a well-linked metro station. Price was very good and room was a great size. It was a good option for us as a family of four. Despite having no on-site staff, reaching someone for questions was very efficient with messages responded to quickly.

Cons: Beds were not very comfortable, with a couple of them having sinking mattresses. No regular clean even for a longer stay (more than a week) - a hoover and a change of towels would be a big improvement.

Pros: Great location with good traffic network, spacious and clean hostel

Great, ideal for a Family.

Pros: Very clean, large room, ideal for a family with two children, all cleaning products and washing machine available

Cons: Too hot in the room at night, with the air conditioning was too cold

Great apartment at the great location.

Pros: Clean, has all the essential such as kitchen, dining table, rice cooker, iron, washing machine. Its very near to metro station & there are many convenience stores & restaurant along the road from metro station to the property. The metro station is linked to a shopping mall.

Cons: Its a studio apartment so a bit small. You can only leave maybe 2 large luggages opened on the floor, otherwise its very crowded to move around.

Great room for low price (just bring your own pillow & bedsheet)

Pros: I like the fact that it was so close to Kinshcho train station, grocery stores, retaurants and even in Don Quijote. It is also 20 mins walk to tokyo skytree. The room was really spacious and the bed can fit 5 to 10 person. The staff were really accomodating, I ask directions and they would answer me promptly, which we really appreciated. The view of the room is really spectacular since its showing tge tokyo skytree, specially at night. They also have a fast wifi and fully furnished kitchen.

Cons: We notice that they don't clean the room thoroughly. In the comfort room, the bowl still has urine stain on which we cleaned up so that we could use it comfortably. The bedsheet are not new, in one of the bedsheet, there was a yellow stain that smelled like armpits. It is much recommended to check the bedsheet if they are still clean, before they check-in another guest.

Great location! Homely stay!

Pros: Loved the spacious beds, facilities and equipment provided were sufficient. Room was clean and tidy, the 3 double bed room is very comfortable and spacious for 3 adults (family). There were some extra pillows in the cabinets, checkin process was smooth and all information is given before hand. The guide book provided was really helpful. Very close to many eateries/fast food nearby. There is a supermarket open till midnight, a family mart/ 7eleven/ Lawson all within walking distance. JR Kinshicho station is 8 minutes walking distance away. The malls near the station has a lot of shopping / restaurants. This is a great area feels homely and safe even around night time. This is a great area to stay if you wanna be away from the touristy districts but still be connected, felt like I was living in an apartment not a hotel!

Cons: Water heater isn’t hot enough, only goes up to 40. So showers were medium hot only.

Pros: Location is great, near many eating locations and Kinshicho station. Customer service is very helpful and resolved issues quickly. I like that there are food recommendations included for guests who are unfamiliar with the location.

Cons: The check in process is too fast and I am unable to get check in details. Heater for shower is quite fiddly to use for inexperienced customers, drying poles on top of one of the beds is not a pleasant sleeping experience.

Family sized place in a good location

Pros: The location was excellent, everything we needed was within a good walking distance. Quiet area and the accommodation had all the facilities that we needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons: The beds needs padding or something to prevent stubbing of toes and legs from hitting the bed frame. We had 6 people and moving around the beds which had caused some bruises hitting the bed frames. Just a minor inconvenience, but everything all good.

Pros: Pleasant stay, clean and spacious. Location is good.
