Pros: No staff but condition of unit is as advertised. Value for money, location is near train and taxi station n good food around the area

Cons: The facade of the building is a little old looking ang dirty

Great location, walking distance to the mall, laundromat, public transport and plenty of small restaurants.

Pros: It was nice and cozy. The beds were comfy with extra blankets and pillows. It was the right size for my family with the two separate rooms.

Cons: That there wasn’t another mirror in the other rooms. There was only one small mirror in the bathroom. There was no use for the TV. A Smart TV would have been better so that we could stream/cast from our phones.

Overall we are happy with the apartment.

Pros: Near to train station and convenient store. Kitchen well equipment.

Cons: There no iron and ironing board in the apartment and we need to request. On the day 2 we received the iron after few emails send to host. Smelly from the restaurant downstairs.

Over all we were very happy to stay there, we like the location and especially the host is helpful.

Pros: The restaurants are around the area, the location is convenience.

Cons: The sink, water didn't go through very well, it needs to repair.

Pros: Nearby to the Kinshicho train stations with malls and food options all around. There was also a convenience store just a few blocks away. The host was helpful and quick to reply.

Cons: The entrance is located in a side alley, which was a bit difficult to find. The crowds from the restaurants and shops below can be quite noisy, although it was mostly quiet before midnight.

Value for money stay, inexpensive, Bit noisy neighborhood

Pros: Marvellous location. Nearest station is Kinschiso about 200m from the place. Clean place with kitchen utensils for cooking and having meals. We could leave our luggage outside the door as we reached before the check in time. We had booked this place before our departure date from Narita airport, so the nearby train station was quite conveneinet as there was a direct rapid train to airport.

Cons: This was a room in a building with name Hotel Kinrin on the mailbox so trying to find the building just by the name Kinrin wasn't simple. Air conditioning in only 1 room. Nearby restaurants had exhaust near the apartment entrance so the smell was bit unpleasant. This was only while entering the building. No smell in the apartment itself.

Pros: Relatively quiet street. Close to all kinds of transport facilities. relatively large apppartment. Very good price/quality.

Pros: Location - almost near to Tren Station, Mall, Skytree, Park etc.

Cons: At night its a bit noisy since there’s a shop, restaurant and bar downstairs.

We really enjoyed our stay in Tokyo and the hotel was accessible to a lot of places.

Pros: Location is accessible to a lot of restaurant, Lawson mart, train/subway station, shopping store, airport limousine bus stop, etc. Place is near Yoshinoya, our favorite place to eat our dinner.

Cons: There's only one heater for the whole room and it is located at the main bedroom or at the back of the room. Since it was winter when we arrived in Tokyo, it was cold at the kitchen area, bathroom and 2nd bedroom.

Pros: It was close to a big train station and several bus stops, so travelling around the city was convenient. The clothes washing was free (washing machine while drying by hanging things outside). Closet space was surprisingly large. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, multiple malls, and a big park that regularly had flee markets and shows to keep us entertained.

Cons: The bed was fine, but the couch bed was loud and squeaky. I moved around a lot in my sleep, so I made a lot of noise unintentionally. There is only a heater/air-conditioning unit in the bedroom, so the second room (which is actually a living room between the bedroom and kitchen) only gets some of the heat/cooling. There are bars below the apartment, and most night there were drunk people yelling and laughing late into the night. Nothing bad, angry, or violent like I am used to in Canada, but still noisy is you are an early sleeper.
