Clean, spacious traditional Japanese family home

Pros: In a lovely neighborhood with either a family mart 5 meters away or restaurant on the main shopping street. We house is spacious and with a lot of privacy. Super clean. The kitchen has basic utensils. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us.

Cons: Maybe put some cooking oil, sugar in the cabinets. It would really help or don’t throw it away when guests leave them behind. Maybe the next guest can use them.

Pros: The location is very close to a FamilyMart and it saved lot of time. The bus route is also in 350m range. Kitchen is very convenient.

Cons: Stair case is quite difficulty for the children and had an accident. There is no signboard / name board displaying at the property so it was very difficulty to find the location even sitting in front of the apartment.

Great location, clean

Pros: Good location, easily accessible with trains. It was quite spacious for 7 people.Had everything we needed. Family mart next door children really enjoyed.

Cons: It was quite cold at times, but its due to our lack of Japanese understanding how to regulate air-conditioning.

Pros: Exceptional cleaness, large stocks of everything that might be useful during living, prompt replies and solving any issues if they occur. *** Quiet and authentic area

Value for money with brand new facilities in a cosy residential neighbourhood

Pros: Very newly renovated. Facilities were in tip top conditions. What you see in the photos is what you get. Nice neighbourhood, directly next to Family Mart.

Cons: Location is slightly far from the main train station Heiwajima. While it is nearer to another train station, the frequency of trains is lower. Having said that, it is really near to Haneda Airport. The stairs to the second floor is really steep. We ended up leaving all the luggage in the first floor and only took what we needed up to the second level.

場所、快適さからすると、料金は安いしお得感高い施設でした。

Pros: 室内の清掃が良く行き届いており、清潔感があった。 また、備品も必要な物は揃っていて不便無く快適に過ごせた。

Cons: 浴槽に洗面器があれば良かった。 玄関から室内へ入る扉の閉まり具合が少し悪く少し隙間が開くため、冷気が入って来る。

Great stay for arriving into/departing from HND

Pros: Great location for arriving or departing from Haneda airport. We got in on a late flight and took a taxi to the place. Family Mart right across the street was super convenient. Lots within walking distance. The house itself was super clean, warm and had every thing that we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Stairs to 2nd floor were steep which might be a problem for people with young kids and/or mobility issues, but our family didn't have a problem.

Pros: Comodissima per l'aeroporto, abbiamo soggiornato qui gli ultimi due giorni. Ha tutto il necessario. Consigliata!

Cons: Bisogna fare silenzio dalle 9 di sera alle 8 del mattino altrimenti i vicini vengono a suonarti, a noi non cambia nulla dato che eravamo già a casa in quell'orario e che viaggiamo in famiglia, ma sarebbe il caso di segnalarlo prima per altri passeggeri. E la questione spazzatura, noi non abbiamo capito se dovessimo portarla via o meno ma non avrei saputo dove metterla con le valigie e senza cestini in giro 😅

Cozy weekend getaway. Great for any season.

Pros: Close to a convenient store. About 10-15 minutes away from Heiwajima Station but the walk down Surugaya street was absolutely darling. The house is deceptively large and could easily fit up to 8 people, thought only one shower so I wouldn’t suggest a week with 8 people 😂 it looks like it’s attached to an old boutique! If I’m ever in the area again I’d like to stay there 😚

Cons: The stairs were steep, as most are in Japanese houses. The house was well equipped with everything one would need, except a shaving razor and pajamas, which is usually a toss up at rental houses like this one. Overall I loved this place not gunna lie 😂

旅行の素敵な拠点になりました！

Pros: 今回4人で宿泊させていただきましたが、室内は十分に広々としており快適に過ごせました。また、築年数は経っているとは思うのですが、お掃除も隅々までしてくださっていて清潔感がありました。お世話になりました。

Cons: 強いて言えば、階段が少し狭く急なことと、脱衣所が狭いことかなと思いました。ただ、値段を考えれば気にならないです◎
