Pros: It was near metro and hall way to airport Haneda, had restaurantes and little food shops near. So for 1 night it was, just what we needed near airport.

Pros: Near to everywhere you wanna go. Near to train station. Kombini nearby. Clean and spacious.

Location quite far from the main towns but overall was good. Thank u property for providing a good stay

Pros: Room facilities were excellent especially the dryer located in the toilet. Very helpful during my stay.

Cons: Wifi was not readily available although staff wanted to help to fix it.

Comfortable & private unit.

Pros: Exactly as described, clean, comfortable and has enough amenities for a comfortable stay. Sufficient heating, and quite private. We got a unit on the first floor which is a plus since we were only staying for 1 night and had big luggages.

Cons: Check-in was a bit complicated as there were too many instructions that need to follow. But if read carefully, you’ll be able to navigate. This property doesn’t allow baggage drops. Too many fee warnings I.e must follow garbage disposal rules, must leave the house spotless otherwise will be fined, must checkout on the dot or else will be charged per hour. We don’t mind house rules and are always complying to the host’s rules but when puting a fee on everything, it makes staying there less relaxing.

Comfortable but needs a little fixing

Pros: The place was cozy and comfortable. The nearest Heiwajima station was about 500m only.

Cons: There was an annoying sound coming from the air cond area whenever the ventilation was turned on. It sounded like a loud water leak. I did inform the staff via booking.com's message and was told to email about it. Eventually, I figured out turning the ventilation off solves it but not the right solution I guess. I hope the owner could take a look at it. Other than that, everything else was fine and good.

Overall, affordable but very good place to stay. Great and accessible location too!

Pros: I have travelled with my family (4 peoples) and we had a big room which is enough for all. The room is clean, full of necessary facilities and quiet. As well as a lot of convenient stores and local stores around here for you.

Definitely recommend

Pros: Everything that you needed was there. Laundry soap, towels, extra blankets, etc. Also, the bed was very comfortable.

Cons: The space was a little dirty in some spaces and there was mold in some. It was easy enough to clean things before I left. But the mold by the bed needs some stronger cleaner to get it off.

Pros: -Nice and clean. Had everything we needed for sleeping, cooking, washing, cleaning. -The bathroom had a ceiling dryer fan that was very convenient and dried the towels and clothes fast. The building has an elevator which was good when you travel with suitcases. -We could get in to the building easily since we did the online check in beforehand. The instructions were all there. -Many convenience stores and places to eat nearby. -2 train stations also very close.

Cons: These aren't a big deal but I'll mention them anyway: -Trash containers were in the same room with the bed. -We couldn't figure out how to take out the trash since we had an electronic key but the trash room required a physical key. But we didn't care too much about it. -Shower had a very fine drain net, so it got clogged very easily by soap and shampoo residue. But when we moved it around a bit, water started going down again. So it's not a big deal, more like a tip for the next visitors. -The washing machine drain gave out a sewer smell, so we had to keep the room door closed at all times
