Spacious apartment in a fantastic location for first-time visitors to Tokyo

Pros: We loved the location of this place! Not only was it a short walk from Oyama station which is 3 stops away from Ikebukuro station, it was walking distance to several restaurants, shops and supermarket that were far quieter than the busy shopping districts. The apartment had a huge living room by Tokyo standards, and sufficient bedrooms and space for our family of five.

Cons: Getting up the 4-level flight of narrow stairs with our suitcases.

Pros: Awesome location. Easy access to iconic Tokyo sights via efficient train network. 4 minute walk to train station. Awesome mall with eateries, supermarket, convenience stores just minutes away. Spacious apartment, we loved the doors and windows opening out to balcony/ Tokyo views. Facilities were great. Would have been great to have non-disposable utensils, for environments sake. Terrific value for money. We felt we had stumbled across something brilliant. Communication with host was prompt and efficient.

Cons: Washable, rather than disposable utensils.

Pros: 这家房子很宽厰适合大家庭居住离火车站近出入便利，有洗衣机可以晒衣服，注意要爬楼梯哈，火车站附近就有便利店，居酒屋，鱼寿司店便宜又好吃😋

Cons: 主卧房隔楼窗没窗帘半夜三点天亮了影响睡眠，客厅里有一半都是透光的很晒很热现场的窗帘没有用

Very comfortable and perfect stay

Pros: Everything is perfect including from the table utensils to washing clothes, which are well prepared! What’s more the room is incredibly large with3 bed rooms and a big balcony! Also it’s pretty closed to the station as well

Cons: Nothing! May be just one thing is that it’s a little bit hot when coming back from outside!

Pros: 깨끗하고 넓었습니다. 아침부터 햇빛이 들어와서 거실은 굉장히 따뜻합니다. 에어컨도 방마다 있어서 쾌적합니다. 오야마역이 가까워서 이동도 편했습니다. 신주쿠/이케부쿠로/시부야 근처 여행이라면 여기가 좋을 것 같습니다

Cons: 캐리어를 들고 4층까지 올라가기 힘들었습니다. 아사쿠사 방면으로는 환승을 많이 해야해서 가기 힘듭니다.

Sizable apartment in a quiet and convenient location in the hood

Pros: It's a sizable apartment (in Tokyo terms), with a full set of facilities and equipment (kitchen, washer, etc.), three bedrooms. It's near a tram station (Oyama on the Tobu-toju line) and associated shopping area (Family Mart, restaurants, etc.), and yet, still very peaceful and quiet. While everything is easily accessible via the train system, still love the fact that the apartment is in a location 'in the hood', rather than in the busiest/most flashy part of the city. The host/staff is responsive via Booking.com messaging. Everything that we were looking for for a holiday apartment. while Would totally go again!

Cons: It's on the fourth floor and there is no elevator in the building, so we had good exercise carrying luggage :D Maybe I'm not doing something right but I wish there's a way to heat up the bathroom (not the water, the room)--but this is nitpicky. Good place overall!
