Minn Nishi Kasai

Beautiful location ; wonderful rooms.

Pros: Wonderful location. Stones throw from the Japan Metro. Especially with all the food available under the train station; and all the conbini located nearby. Extremely convenient location wise. There's at least 4-6 conbini's within a 5 mins walk if the Lawson next door isnt enough. BUt the metro station area itself is worth the walk for food. Room wise; its a mini apartment; great for us (family of 2xAdults + 2xKids). You have all you need for a basic kitchen cooking for instant noodles; etc. There's even enough room with a table for 4. Cramp; but suitable for travelers.

Cons: the dryer in the laundry room *(at the time) was not hot enough. So expect long queue for the communal dryer. There is an coin laundry shop nearby ; BUT entire shop & instructions are in japanese so Google translate working is a must. Only plus is that the hotel laundy can use an app to pay via Google wallet; so you dont have to dig for coins.

Pros: Excellent location, Indian restaurant, convenience store and subway are at walking distance

Great cozy apartment for a long stay

Pros: - location (near many restaurants, supermarkets, Nishi Kasai station) - well equipped kitchen - decent sized dining table - clean - bathroom separate from toilet - baggage rack for guests after check out - laundry on site (cash or app based)

Cons: - outside hallway - no front desk staff (although there is an app that allows guests to access management right away- and they were very responsive)

Pros: Location was very convenient and room facility was good.

Cons: Only one thing that there was never anyone at the reception to ask any questions. We could always call the number provided but I think able to talk to someone in person would have been better.

Lovely - will stay again!

Pros: Loved this hotel. Check in was easy as we did everything online beforehand. No staff at the facilities, everything done via iPad. There’s a laundromat facility at the lobby area. Self luggage storage available at lobby area. Close to lots of shops and eateries. Close to train station. About 25 minutes train ride to Tokyo Stn. Highly recommended.

Great Stay for families

Pros: Quiet neighborhood outside busy Tokyo , just a few meters away from Nishi Kasai station ! Has Laundry station with dryer , a Lawson right next to it and pharmacies and Supermarkets nearby

Cons: Everything was fine!

Overall a pleasant stay in a quiet location, with easy access to transit. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Pros: Property was comfortable and well equipped for a few nights’ stay. It was close to public transit. Easy to check in and out using online services.

Cons: It was a little further from central Tokyo than we thought, but that is on us. No negatives about the property itself.

Excellent stay as usual.

Pros: Stayed at this hotel for the third consecutive times all our Tokyo visit. Very close to the Train, a mere 3 mins walk. Very friendly staff and painless check in and out. Room is always very clean and tidy. Can’t complaint at all.

Cons: Provision of toothbrush and shaver.

Value for money and convenient location to Trains and local stores / restaurants.

Pros: Location: 100% convenient to the likes of 7 Eleven, Lawson and there was a mart for fresh veggies. Additionally, this place is so close to small restuarants like Matsuya, Amudhasurabhi (South Indian). Communication: This is my 1st time to deal with Cloud reception - unmanned check-in & check outs. Fear not - Minn cracked it well, there was no trouble to get in and out.

Cons: Kitchen utencils: While I appreciate the pots, pans, electric rice cookers offered, there were only snacks plates for the meal. I recommend the host to offer proper dishes so the guest can use them for lunch/dinner.

Pros: The hotel is very close to the subway station, which makes things very comfortable. Shops and restaurants are all near by. The place is cozy and nice.

Cons: Everything was nice.
