I can’t recommend this accommodation enough, exceptional and highly recommend for a family.

Pros: The location is fantastic, facilities are fantastic, very convenient having our own washing machine and trying area in the apartment. The apartment was spotless when we arrived, bright and airy. Beds very comfy, facilities great, own balcony and rooftop area. The directions and communication, before, during and after our stay were exceptional right down to how to get from the airport to the accommodation. A hand booklet in the apartment with all the info we needed including how to use all the appliances in English. A five minute walk to the train station and lots of eating places, quiet and comfortable.

Cons: Only issue is people with mobility issues need to know it’s upstairs with no elevator, you need to carry everything up a couple of flights of stairs.

Nice and cosy non tourist location. Nice comfortable apartment.

Pros: Great location. Bed was comfy. Lots of room to move around.

Cons: Stairs would be hard for most people to bring heavy suit cases up. Could do with more kitchen utensils such as a chopping board. Honestly mostly great place.

Pros: 浦安駅とディズニーランドへのアクセスは良く、コンビニだけでなくスーパーや飲食店も近場にあり長期滞在には最適だった。

Cons: 部屋は3階なのだが、階段しかなかったので、大きな荷物を持ち運びするには少し不便だった。

靠近地鐵／超市／超商，生活所需用品一應俱全。

Pros: 整棟房源可使用，一樓只有玄關及鞋櫃，二樓有廚房／主臥／次臥，浴室很大間！三樓是完全的頂樓陽台樓梯間及房源內有非常多衣櫃可供收納，衣架也很多！想得到的東西幾乎都有～

Pros: ドライヤーや洗濯機、アイロンなど備品が充実していて良かったです。お部屋はもちろん、お風呂や洗面所も綺麗でした。エアコンが部屋ごとにあるのも良かったです。近くにスーパーやコンビニ、百均があるなど、ロケーションも良かったです。

Pros: 全新的廚房、廁所、家電，WIFI網路980mb超級快，公車9號去迪士尼很方便，生活機能便利，附近就有大超市，使用獨自的樓梯上三樓，是日本獨有的特色，有洗衣機，浴室可以開啟熱風機曬衣服，一個晚上就乾了。

Cons: 缺少電梯，行李太重可以放在1樓置物區。對於沒有日本生活經驗的人，可能會不知道如何倒垃圾、使用浴室、使用可以分離握柄的鍋子。缺少了切菜的沾板、磨刀器。衣架不足，缺少曬襪子的衣架。飲用自來水有消毒水的味道(只好去超市買水)

すばらしい。家族や4人以上で利用ならかなりおすすめです。炊飯器もあるので朝食用意してディズニーに行ける、近くにスーパーもある。とてもいい所。

Pros: 必要な物は揃っていたコンセント近くに延長コードも置かれていて、必要最低限以上の物が用意されており、利用者への配慮が素晴らしい。ホテル以上に快適だった。お部屋もきれいで、また機会があれば利用したい。シャンプー、リンスもキシキシしないので普通に使えた。
