Pros: Spacious, near the Urayasu subway station, with convenience stores nearby, and many nice restaurants, including an inexpensive Italian restaurant near Urayasu station. The bathroom was good. I also like the electric stove, rice cooker, microwave, electric kettle, and washing machine they provided. But we used only the microwave and the kettle for our short stay.
Cons: We stayed on the 4th floor, and the stairs were very steep, with no elevator. It was hard to carry heavy luggage through the cold, windy weather at our check-in. There were 2 rooms, but we were a senior couple and used only one. This place could be better suited to a group of friends or a family with teenage kids. The washing machine had no detergent, but we never use it anyway. The one-time cleaning cost of 8000 yen is a bit pricy for us with a 2-day stay.

Excellent Stay! Perfect for Families! (And friends!)
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Florish21. The place is very spacious — we’re a couple with a one-year-old, and we didn’t even get to use the other bedroom, which could easily fit 2–3 more people. Given its size, it’s really ideal for families or small groups. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Urayasu Station (Tozai Line) and near a bus stop going to Disneyland, which made our trips very convenient. It’s also surrounded by shopping areas, grocery stores, pharmacies, and several Lawson convenience stores. We loved having many restaurant options nearby such as Sukiya, Yoshinoya, Burger King, and other local eateries. Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Urayasu or planning a Disneyland trip. It’s clean, spacious, and conveniently located — a great value for families!
Cons: The only minor issues were that there’s no flat iron and no clear instructions on how to segregate sanitary wastes like soiled diapers. On the bright side, the host is very easy to communicate with — even when using Google Translate or simple English, they reply promptly and helpfully. Overall, it’s a clean, spacious, and conveniently located place that’s perfect for families visiting Urayasu or Disneyland. Highly recommended.

Pros: The property was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of five (four adults and one child). It had all the necessary amenities, making our stay convenient and comfortable. The environment was peaceful, and the location was excellent—close to convenience stores and just a short walk to public transportation, which made getting around the area easy.
Cons: The main downside was that the unit was located on the 4th floor with no elevator. It was quite tiring, especially for our group, which included two elderly people and a child, and we had to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. It would have been more convenient if lower-floor options were available.

We love it!
Pros: i like how they were very clean, everything needed is prepared by the host. The house can be set to warm, which is a nice feature especially during this winter time. Its also near to the urayasu station, and near to disneyland and disneysea. The place was also spacious for a family of 5. We also could check in late as we arrived late night from Haneda.
Cons: The only down side to this place is that there isnt any lift, and our room was at the 4th floor. Imagine carrying 38kg of luggage up those stairs with kids.
