Pros: Nice place and nice price. Large size compared to the other hotel in Tokyo. Comfortable for three persons.

Peaceful residential stay with no frills

Pros: Great communication with the host. You get the full apartment, including a functional kitchen and dining table. If you prefer a residential area, you might want to give this accommodation a try, but please be respectful to the neighbours.

Cons: The sofa bed was not very comfortable, but a futon was provided which you can put on top of the sofa bed. There was no other space to put the futon.

A pleasant stay in Ikebukero

Pros: Location - close to Ikebukero and amenities. Everything you could ask for was provided- washing machine, laundry detergent, court yard, cooking and cleaning facilities, fridge and freezer, towels, aircon, large television Ground floor apartment with two separate bedrooms Appealing Japanese decor with beautiful wooden floors

Cons: No wardrobe or drawers for clothes. A hanging rail was provided however due to limited space, it was located in the kitchen.

Great Property, Great Value

Pros: So, the property is actually quite large. Larger than average property in Tokyo. Big enough for four people with four large luggages. It also has complete amenities such as washing machine, microwave, and even rice cooker. The area of the hotel is the residential area of Ikebukuro so you can get a nice sleep. We love that the room is on the ground level so that we don't have to carry much. Masayuki-san is also quite communicative that allows for seamless check-in. Also the location of the apartment is quite convenient. It's 10 minutes walk from Shimo Itabashi Station and 5 minutes walk from Kanaikubo Bus Stop. There's also a 24-hours 7-11 nearby that is quite convenient for midnight craving. Overall it's an excellent property that is good value for money.

Cons: It certainly can be improved in several ways. During our stay, we cannot connect to the WiFi. But Masayuki-san solved the problem by giving a different one. The shower itself is a bit outdated and can use proper maintenance as the water can only be super cold or scalding hot.

Pros: 部屋に入ると、北斎の絵が飾られておりインパクトがありました。特に、寝室の大きな北斎の絵は、素晴らしいです。 また、この物件はかなり広々としており、庭もついています。３人で宿泊しても十分な広さです。設備も充実しており、電子レンジ、洗濯機、炊飯器などがついています。 場所は、住宅街にあるのでゆっくり睡眠出来ると思います。近くにはコンビニ(セブンイレブン)もあります。部屋が1階にあるので、荷物が少なくて済むのも嬉しいですね。マサユキさんは、返信が早く、コミュニケーションも申し分ないです。 コスト的にみてもとても良かったです。

Cons: シャワー自体は少し古く、水が冷たかったり熱すぎたりします。お風呂がもう少し広々としてた方が嬉しいです。

Pros: お部屋は東京では珍しいほどゆとりがあり、大きなスーツケースを持って3人で滞在してもまったく窮屈さを感じません。広いお庭もついていて、都内とは思えない開放感がありました。寝具も快適で、ダブルベッドが2台、シングルベッドが1台と充実しており、いずれも新しく整えられていました。マットレスの硬さも絶妙で、ぐっすりと眠れました。 設備面も申し分なく、洗濯機、電子レンジ、炊飯器など滞在に便利な家電が揃っており、快適に過ごせました。1階に位置しているため、大きな荷物の搬入も楽でしたし、周囲は閑静な住宅街で夜も静か。安心して休むことができました。 ホストのマサユキさんは非常に対応が早く、こちらの質問にもすぐに答えてくれたので、チェックインから滞在中まで終始スムーズに進みました。立地も便利で、最寄りの駅から徒歩10分圏内、深夜営業のコンビニもすぐ近くにあるのがありがたかったです。

Cons: 一点だけ改善をお願いしたいのはシャワー周り。少し温度調整が難しい時がありましたが、これ以外は本当に素晴らしい宿でした。
