Great value, convenient location, and a very comfortable stay!

Pros: We had a very satisfying stay. The property is located in a quiet residential area, yet very convenient for transportation. It’s about a 750-meter walk to the station, and only one stop to Ikebukuro, with easy access to major areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, making daily life very easy. A 24-hour Don Quijote is also just a 3-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The room was clean, well-organized, and fully equipped, making it very comfortable to stay. The host was responsive and helpful, which made us feel at ease. Overall, great value for money. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay again!
