We were happy with our stay. Good for single persons or couples who like quiet areas.

Pros: In a quiet area, clean and modern, comfortable beds. Quiet air conditioning. Able to hang out clothes to dry on the balcony.

Cons: Would like more towels of better quality. No knives or scissors in the kitchen. No toaster or ironing facilities. Some instructions unclear or missing.

Pros: Great location. Apartment was small, but that's Tokyo for you. Has all you need for a short stay!

Cons: Getting in the unit is very weird and clunky. It has a normal physical lock that requires a key. The key is hidden in an electronic lockbox. The electronic lockbox is finicky and took some time to get it to open to reveal the key. Note that you CAN'T take the key with you, it is tied to the inside of the lockbox with a retractable cable.
