Perfect space for large groups, comfortable, functional and accomodating. Highly recommend

Pros: It was spacious and with multiple toilets and showers the space was perfect for our large family group. It was a functional space that easily accommodated 9, close to shops and transport, we all enjoyed our time.

Cons: Nothing! It was a great place!

Overàll a great experience and I would stay again.

Pros: Just about large enough for a group of three going by Japanese standards. We would never have found a hotel room with that amount of space! 2 toilets is a great feature with a bathroom that was separate from either toilet. Location was OK due to distance from train station but he walk was always pleasant. Host’s communication was excellent-always replied promptly and was super helpful. Many eateries around the corner with a 7 eleven nearby. Very clean neighbourhood with not even a piece of paper lying around. Quiet enough in the night for a peaceful sleep. The heated toilet seats!! All appliances worked perfectly Clean apartment. Easy train connections to central Tokyo etc.

Cons: The mattresses were too firm for my own liking-even for me who prefers my mattress abit on the firmer side. They could have definitely transformed this into an excellent experience. Location is abit of a walk from the train station but not onerous. I think adding a third mattress and bedframe instead of a futon bed on the second bedroom might work better.

Pros: 感謝張小剛先生在我入住之前，和入住期間給予我很大的幫忙。回覆訊息速度也很快，是一位很棒的管理者。建議五樓的洗衣機要更換或維修，一直出現E4故障碼停機。即使我只洗一件內衣和內褲，也是會出現故障碼。然後就停機非常的麻煩及困擾。

Pros: 地點距離錦糸町車站大約12分鐘步行時間，是寧靜的住宅區。屋內配備齊全，備品(洗碗精、洗衣粉)一應俱全，住宿房間與客餐廳空間區隔，晚上小孩睡後可以擁有父母個人時間，空間完善分配利用，真的很棒。一層一戶，又有對外大陽台，長期住客想要曬衣也沒問題，採光非常好。此處住宿非常推薦給想要體驗日式家庭風格的遊客，帶小孩也非常合適，巷口的7-11以及步行到車站途中的各式商店與日本生活場域(警察局、租車公司、銀行、郵局)，都是東京旅遊之外可以一探當地居民生活的樣貌。房東與打掃清潔人員都非常有禮貌，回應快速，給予及時協助。

My family enjoyed the stay!

Pros: Very clean and comes with 2 rooms + owner very responsive and helpful! The 2 king size beds, pillows and blankets were comfortable and my kids refused to try the tatami experience in the other room 🤣 Towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower cream and hair conditioner well provided! Very homely feel! It’s about 12-15m away from Kinsincho station (I believe it can be faster if you’re not strolling)! Can get a great view of Skytree along the way to the station! Very peaceful area！

Cons: Entrance is abit small (especially door is swing out) but the entire property considered clean and well maintained!

Pros: とてもおすすめできます。錦糸町駅は日本人家族にも人気のエリアで、買い物には困りません。ほとんどのものは揃います。また、レストランも多く、交通機関も充実している駅です。そんな駅から徒歩10分のところにあり、本当に便利でした。施設はとても綺麗でした。大人数で利用しましたが、下の階にリビング、2階が寝室だったので、それぞれの生活リズムに合わせて部屋を使えることも大変よかったです。また、スタッフの方々もとても親切でスムーズなやりとりができます。

Pros: 全体的に綺麗であった。トイレが2つあった。必要なものは一通り揃っている。タオルがしっかりしていた。子供用品を用意してくれた。

Cons: 駅から遠く荷物を持って行くのは一苦労であった。エレベーターは1つのみであるため、チェックアウト時間の10時付近は混み合う。畳の部屋の布団が薄い。
