I loved it! If I visit the Shinjuku area again, I would definitely stay here

Pros: The location is convenient, not far from popular tourist areas (shopping, bar, dinining), but still far enough to remain quiet. The room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. There are also cooking utensils, a microwave, and a washing machine provided.

Cons: On the first night, I felt that the wall-mounted air conditioner might not generate enough heat, possibly due to the extremely cold temperature outside. However, it turned out fine on the second and third nights when the outside temperature was warmer. The stairs are quite steep and narrow, which seems typical for Japan.

Cons: Steep and narrow staircase is somewhat inconvenient if you have large and heavy suitcases.
