Pros: It was very centrally located, yet not in a noisy or crowded area. The staff were excellent and made us feel extremely comfortable. That’s why we’ve already booked our next accommodation at an APA Hotel.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful despite an occasional language barrier. The room was small but felt like it had all the necessary amenities, and the bed felt huge and was very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and filling. The location felt excellent with the hotel on a relatively quieter street but train and subway stations a short walk away.

Cons: The room could get quite cold in early January, but AC helped. The bathroom felt a little cramped and tricky to maneuver.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were well maintained and location is convenient.

Cons: The central AC causes to room to feel stuffy at times, had to open the window some nights to sleep better.

Pros: Small but ideal for night rest/shower. Location is perfect close to multiple underground station. It was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Good location as it's very close to the metro station, there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, around an hour to narita airport, about 15min to Tokyo train station. Rooms are small but we didn't have any problems fitting our stuff, beds were comfy, you have fridge and a kettle in your room. Overall we liked the place.

Pros: The room and location were all good. The facilities in the room were great. And the staff were good. They tried their best to speak English though they are Japanese. I extended my stay by 1 extra day to make it active from 27 October to 1 November 2025.

Cons: The meal wasn't the best for me. It was strictly Japanese and full of pork, but I'd wanted a Hallal meal, so I struggled with the breakfast. I refused to go for breakfast for 2 days out of my 5 total days of stay.

Pros: Overall, I had a great stay over at APA Ochanomizu. Great, friendly staff. Good breakfasts, although quite small.

Cons: The rooms were very small, almost tiny I would say. Our group managed quite fine, but it may not be for everyone.

Great location, proper cost/quality ratio, even for longer stay (we stayed 3 weeks).

Pros: Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. The room was good for the price, we received new towels, tea/coffee every morning. Standard, but nice bathroom, full soap/shampoo and stuff. There is a really good option to extend our checkout (we just clicked the option via TV and paid at the counter). We were allowed to leave our luggage after check out. About location - 5 mins from Akihabara, 10 mins from few stations, 15-20 mins from Ueno, awesome place with shops and beautiful park. Some hidden treasures (shrines!) around hotel, one just on the back.

Cons: Maybe the room might be rearranged? Like TV on another wall where the mirror was and the bed facing that side? That might give some more space. Otherwise - all good!
