Pros: The location is amazing with the 5 minitute walking to the nearest train station.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Location was great. Easy walk to train stations. Room was not to bad spacious enough for our family of 5. Walking distance to shops.

Cons: Nothing really, except that the walls might not be built with sound proof, as we received notification of noise complaints. With 3 kids, and returning back to the room 9ish at night after a full day of sightseeing, knowing the noise restrictions, we attempted to make minimal noise. But still got a complaint.

Pros: The location was very close to Sensoji temple. We can walk around asakusa at night and be able to shop at the main shops in asakusa. The room was nice for us traveling with 4 adults and 2 child. Amenities were complete and staff responded promptly in messages making it easy to seek clarification and request. this stay is recommended.

Pros: Stayed with Family of 5 - 3 young kids all under 10. The place was in a great location where it's not too close to all the nightlife but very close enough to walk with the 3 young kids to all the eateries, temples and train station All rooms including the bathroom was very clean and staff responded to our queries in a timely manner. Budget friendly considering it's location. Will I use them again - yes because you get the whole apartment to yourself or family.

Cons: This is an unmanned site so luggage transfer or shipping luggage to this site is not allowed. But there are alternatives services If you're a light sleeper and like to sleep in the dark..The curtains is just a privacy curtain not a block out curtain. Lots of lights will come through the curtains at night time as other visitors have stated.

We were very happy with our stay and the staff were very helpful. Will stay again if we come back to Japan

Pros: The property was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space for what we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. No questions were too hard. The location was perfect and easy to access trains. Close to 7 eleven

Cons: No change of towels, you will be using the provided towel for the whole stay and we were there from 18-23. Also since its a self service hotel, i havent seen a single staff, though theyre very accommodating and helpful via exchanges of messages thru booking app.

Good place, near to point of interest

Pros: Near to point of interest, comfortable toilet and lift to our room

Cons: Hard to open the tv, but its ok since we out all the time except during nighttime to rest and sleep
