Pros: The property was excellent for a family of 4. Full kitchen facilities which we used for breakfasts and plenty of space to spread ourselves out for 5 days. Conveniently located to the Metro station around the corner. Very clean, comfortable and quiet.

Cons: Because of its location in the outer suburbs the commuter trains can be extremely busy at certain times of the day. The local restaurants/bars can also be impossibly busy in the evenings too, so something to consider.

The best family holiday we had

Pros: The place was close to the statiom, lots of comvenience stores and restaurants around the areas. It's close to Anytime Fitness, my boys membership was recognised. One of the best things in the apartment is the clothes dryer in the bathroom. The place is clean and the basic things you need are rhere.

Cons: The bed in the main bedroom is quite small so we paid an extra mattress so we can all rest well. I suggest less plants to have more space.

Everything was great!

Pros: Absolutely loved this place! So spacious, modern but still had the Japanese feel to it. We booked this place at the very last minute because our accommodation at the time was terrible. Location was great & walking distance to the train station. Plenty to places to choose from for food. The staff and the owner were lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Bonus is you don’t have to go outside of the property to enjoy a spa & sauna as they provide this at an extra charge.

Convenient and modern

Pros: Modern and spacious enough for 3 adults and 1 child. Just a short walk away from Toyocho station and there’s also a 24 hour Seiyu supermarket and Matsumoto Kiyoshi pharmacy about a 200m walk away. There’s also a Daiso, cafe and some convenient stores nearby.

Cons: You can hear some noise from the streets in the late hours of Friday night so if you’re a light sleeper you might want to get earplugs. The train station exit closest to this place does not have an elevator so it was a bit of a walk. Also, the elevator in the apartment building is very small so we had to make more than 1 trip to bring all our bags up and down. Other than that, everything was good!

Pros: Due to a Typhoon, our travel plans changed and booked NiHITARU the day prior. The staff at the Spa did their best to help us on arrival and store our luggage. The apartment was immaculate, spacious and well fitted with convenient items. It is a 2-minute walk to the station. We enjoyed sating out of the tourist area and there were plenty of food options.

Great location, comfortable apartment for 4+ adults.

Pros: Spacious and modern apartment on the fifth floor was plenty for a family of four. Located close to the Toyocho station of the Tozai line and several conbini and restaurants. Only stayed for two nights, would have stayed longer if available. Staff are super friendly and speak English well. Was offered a discount for the men's only spa/bath on the lower floors.

Cons: No dryer. Apartment has a washer but had to line dry outside in the 100f summer heat, so no big deal. Bathroom does have a dryer function though but it seems like a waste of power in the summer.

Enjoyed our stay in NiHITARU Stay that is very conveniently located and feels like home.

Pros: The location is only a short walk from the subway station and there are convenient stores, many restaurants and shops near by. The apartment is pretty cute, clean and have all amenities we need, such as stove, oven, refrigerator etc. (thought we did not use the stove/oven). The washing machine is definitely a great thing to have for our long stay. Shower/bathroom is modern. We were very happy in our stay and will consider to stay in the future if come to Japan again.

Pros: 広くて、ひとつひとつがオシャレでとてもすごしやすかったです！洗濯も出来て浴室暖房で次の日乾いたので助かりました。コンビニや駅も近かったです。東京に来る時にはまた泊まりたいです！

又宿泊したい

Pros: 東陽町駅から近く、周辺に飲食店が多かった。 タオルや歯ブラシ以外に冷蔵庫の調味料、洗剤、グラス、観葉植物、ゴミ箱等、快適感や細かな気遣い、二部屋やベッドも良かった。ベッドは広く、大勢の宿泊が可能です。 鍵の扱いや回収方法も手軽で良かった。カウンターでのチェックアウトもなく、楽に出発出来ました。

Cons: 特にありませんが、あえて言うならワイングラスではなく、通常使用するガラスコップがあれば良かったです。
