My Wonderful Tokyo Stay

Pros: 1.The excellent staff who ensured that we had a pleasant stay. They are friendly and thoughtful. For example, on the days that were really cold, they gave us small heat pads when we met them on the way out. 2. The unit was able to accommodate my family of 5. We had lots of fun being able to stay together. If we had stayed in a typical hotel, we would have to stay in 2 different units. The unit is clean, beds comfortable & surroundings quiet. 3. The location is 5 mins by walking to Morista Station which served 2 train lines only= Shinjuku & Oedo. They are good enough to travel to anywhere in Tokyo.

Pros: Our family stayed in a two-bedroom unit for five days at this hotel and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the location was very convenient—close to almost everything you might need.

Love the accommodation, it was comfortable and staff provided amazing customer service.

Pros: Really appreciated that the staff thoroughly explained everything from how to get into room, how to use the intercom when properly is locked late at night, how to use facilities in the room. Also appreciated the hotel providing recommendations on restaurants, cafes, and all that.

Cons: Nil.

Cons: Traditional Japanese room so there was no living room with a couch as there was only a dining table available but this was fine for our short stay

Pros: Quiet residential area conveniently located next to two main subway lines - great set up for families and wonderful welcoming and friendly staff. Highly recommend

My family enjoyed our stay here, the staff were super helpful and we felt comfortable in the apartment.

East square Tokyo is a super cozy and convenient property, that provides all the necessities for your stay.

Pros: The staff at the front desk were super friendly and even provided recommendations for restaurants and facilities nearby. The property has everything you need, from a nice cozy living room, to an amazing tatami, and an easy to use washing machine. The staff also have a super amazing orientation to the room at the start of our check-in. We also really liked how they had cleaning services every other day, so we could have fresh towels, fresh sheets and empty bins. The property was also super close to convenience stores, supermarkets, a variety of restaurants and train station. We also really enjoyed the common area downstairs as it had all the necessities you would need. The water fountain came in handy, as well as the rice crackers and variety of drinks and soups. Overall, we loved this property and would recommend to all families or people traveling alone.

Cons: We didn’t like that there were no shoe racks, as the shoes had to be in the kitchen. We would also appreciate if there were more hooks in the room and in the bathroom. However, we really enjoyed the property and would definitely come back again.
