Convenient location, cosy and comfortable.

Pros: The property was clean and in a good location, very close to the train station and family mart as well as many other eating options and a pharmacy close by. The beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It has a washing machine but no dryer but there is a Laundromat just around the corner.

Cons: There is a bar/pub directly underneath the apartment which I don’t believe was open when we first booked. Every night for our stay it was very noisy, it made it difficult to get my younger children to sleep and after a long day it was a bit hard to relax with the noise level. The toilet had a bit of an odour and the bath was not in operation but that did not impact our stay so much. This area is a little far from more popular areas like Shibuya, Ginza, Shinjuku and we often had to take 2-3 trains to get to various destinations, minimum of 1 hour travel time each way usually, not a major inconvenience but just something to be mindful of when scheduling things in.

TOKYO TRIP

Pros: Very clean, easy to find, very near to train station, food shops are everywhere including groceries and convenience stores

Cons: The bath tub drain has an issue which we were not informed ahead. Very noisy at night, usually on a Friday and Saturday because there were Izakayas downstairs.

We had a great time and were able to experience a traditional Japanese home.

Pros: This is a traditional Japanese home. It is very nice was able to accomodate our large family of 7 people. It is located very close to a train station and has lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The neighbourhood is lovely and very cute. The house was very clean and we were even able to wash our laundry. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Lab with a Style

Pros: The place was very clean and complete with all basic amenities. It is very cozy and the blankets are war. It is conveniently located to the train station, restaurants, and convenience store. Even Din Quijote is walkable from this place.

Cons: The bedroom is too small for 4 double beds. It lacks space to move around so we were not able to use the cabines for storage. The instruction on how to open the mailbox to get the key is not quite clear.

Pros: Very nice place and comfortable. A few steps from train station and some restaurants and commerce. Well located, better if you have long stay (at least more than 3-4 days) as for us we only had 2 days and it was a bit long to get downtown and come back

Cons: First night was cold, we arrive late and tired and it was not heated, but next day we figured out the heating system which was also a/c, so the night after we were comfortable.

Excelente apartamento centrico

Pros: El barrio muy bonito y muchos restaurantes cerca, y a unos pasos de la casa el metro

Cons: Las alfombras del comedor pueden mejorar son muy viejas , y poner un mosquitero en el WC estaría bien

Awesome, relaxing stay!

Pros: Loved the large beds, and large kitchen, and the dedicated dining room. Family mart is a minute away, McDonald’s is two, and 7/11 is three. Within 3 minutes of walking you’ll find many dining options though.

Cons: You do need to climb stairs to reach the main floor, which can be inconvenient with multiple guests and bags. We didn’t get a chance to use the bathtub but most of the controls seemed to be unavailable. No air conditioning in the kitchen.

Pros: The room facilities are complete, well organized and clean. The location is next to train station and other shops, it was easy access.

Cons: It was not mentioned about the stair access to the facilities as we are travelling with senior citizen, so it was challenging for them to use the staircase. The toilet WC is loose, needs fixing. Also, not easy to carry luggage due to long and bit steep staircase.

楽しい家族旅行

Pros: 駅から2、3分の近距離に宿所があり、周辺が商店街で夜遅くまで空いてます。都心や空港へのアクセスもよく便利です。対応もとても早く丁寧です。日本の家庭の雰囲気を体験でき、ゆったりくつろげる宿所です。

Cons: 1階がお店で2階から宿所になり玄関から階段です。階段が少し急で小さいお子さんがいる旅行客には向いてないです。エアコンがリビングにあり、台所と浴室までは涼しくならないです。寝室のベッドがゆったりとできますが、部屋の大きさに比べると少し大きすぎかなと感じました。
