Great value, extremely clean & comfortable!

Pros: This hotel was a quick walk from the train station. It was extremely clean and had everything you needed. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful & communication leading up to our arrival was prompt. The room was very good value.

Cons: It would have been nice to have a cup of tea in the morning. There were cups and a jug but we couldn’t find any tea, coffee or milk.

Pros: The room is big enough as tokyo standard, very easy to check in and out, room is comfortable and have everything you need.

Cons: Would be nice if there is more garbage bins and bags to make disposal and segregation of garbage easier.

Excellent but reception not much available

Pros: Room is very spacious (for Tokyo). All well furnished , very clean.

Cons: Staff was absent from reception desk on arrival and check in was delayed (despite announced arrival time). We just popped into the reception as other customers were leaving, rhrough the door, to drop out luggages and came back later, receptionists weren't upset about that when we met them later.

Pros: Everything was great! We liked that the location was a bit outside the busy center—it was a quiet neighborhood with restaurants nearby and close to the train station. The room was spacious and clean, with a small balcony (though we didn’t use it because it was so hot during our stay). The bed was extremely comfortable, which was just what we needed after a month-long road trip in Japan. The host communicated really well with us.

Cons: The washing machine had some kind of debris or buildup—possibly algae, as it may not have been used for a while. When we washed our clothes, they ended up covered in small particles that were difficult to remove.

Pros: Really liked this area. A few great cafes, bakeries and food places within strolling distance. Very close to train & bus routes into central Tokyo & all the key attractions, yet a quieter area to base yourself in

Cons: Nothing. There is a little bit of background traffic noise, it is a main road outside, but staff were lovely & Kameido unexpectedly nice
