Clean and comfy!

Pros: Most comfortable bed of our trip so far, very clean room and comfortable. Sound proof with all the facilities you need. It was very nice of the staff to await our arrival to check in as it was delayed a few times.

Pros: Quiet apartment hotel on the less touristic part of Tokyo with a good variety of eateries around it, a close by train station & supermarket next door. There's also a 7-11 and a family mart just by. The room is updated and comfortable.

Cons: We arrived at 12 noon and allowed to leave our luggage in our room that was ready for us, but oddly not allowed to check in for our stay or use the room till 4p.m. Quite a lot of sirens noise from ambulances and police all the time .

Pros: Hotel was very good, near from Kameido station only 5 minutes walking, very easy to get to middle of Tokyo like Shinjuku and Shibuya ... family mart and seven eleven was so close from the hotel I very like the evironment around the hotel ...

Cons: There was 2 bed in the room, i didn't like the small one

Pros: The place is near the station, and not far from seven eleven. Very clean, comfortable and nice. The owner will give the clue for self check in, and very communicative.

Overall very positive experience. Room was great and very convenient to get around from either of the nearby stations

Pros: Everything was clean Room had a washing machine and balcony which were very useful Bathroom was comfortable and shower was fully self contained. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. It’s also next door to a 24 convenient store, which is very handy.

Cons: No option to store luggage after check out

Good location, nice staff and the price is reasonable.

Pros: I like the location. It's convenient to ride the bus and use the Jr and Metro train as well.

Cons: Nothing bad comments about our stay. The host is very helpful and assisted us very well.

Big & clean room in walkable distance from JR station

Pros: This is my second time to stay in this hotel. Same as last time I like the big room size & facility especially the washing machine which is very nice in summer time . A grocery shop downstairs open till 0000 and still some chain restaurants open 24 hrs near the JR station. I can buy my late dinner even I arrive there after 2300. Although there is no 24 hrs reception, but the host respond quickly and helps me to arrange late check in via the booking.com messenger.

Cons: It would be better if the arrangement for late check in can be told earlier .

It was excellent place to be, near to Kameido station, lots of eateries around the area.

Pros: I like how the place comes with washing machine and dry blower, so visits during summer season having these really help with washing from sweating too much while day.
