Very Good

Pros: The room was very clean, with a well-arranged layout, and all necessary amenities and supplies were provided. I bought some Japanese ingredients to cook in the kitchen, and everything worked very well. Check-in was quick and easy, without interacting with anyone. Perfect for a solo trip ：）

Cons: A bit far from the subway station, carrying a lot of luggage can be tiring, so it's best to take a taxi.

Will definitely come back! Recommended to family.

Pros: Very responsive staff to messages, good access in and out using self check-in and good facilities for us travelling. Access to kitchen, washer and drying room which was a comfort for us to manage our chores independently in our longer stay.

Cons: There was some amount of sound that came through the balcony door from outside in the evening so just be aware of this if it suddenly sounds like someone is speaking outside your room on the 7th Floor.

Great find in East Tokyo.

Pros: Excellent location, squeaky clean apartment and very easy self check-in/out. The apartment has everything and it's conveniently located between Tamachi and Hamamatsucho on the Yamanote Line, plus it's close to Shiba park and the Tokyo Tower. I would actually choose this location again, should I travel for more than just a weekend.

Cons: The check-in/out times are a bit weird. Even though you can leave the luggage inside after 1pm, being able to check-in after 5pm is a bit late, especially considering you have to check out at 10am.

綺麗で駅近！コンビニも近い

Pros: ファミマが道路渡ってすぐのとこにあった駅からも、東京タワーも徒歩圏内スタッフの対応も良く、部屋も清潔感があった

Cons: 大きい道路がすぐ横にあって、暴走族が爆音を響かせていた。3連休だったからかな。窓から景色は楽しめない。すぐ隣の建物でした

Bom custo benefício.

Pros: Check in/out tudo feito remotamente e muito prático. Bairro tranquilo, longe do agito e com várias estações de trem por perto. Ótima opção para quem precisa de um pit stop antes de embarcar em Haneda que fica a uns 20 min de monotrem.

Cons: O sofá cama para a terceira pessoa não era muito confortável. Poucas opções de restaurantes por perto.
