Pros: Its in a quieter part of tokyo but very close to everything you want to see.

Host was always kind and available, amazing place for good price.

Pros: Quite long list. We asked for an early check in to the host Maki and she let us come at 11 instead of 15. The place is a cozy apartment in Shiba neighborhood, it has large comfortable beds and everything you need if you want to cook. The host left us some nice snacks when we arrived and left. Everything worked perfectly and I advise you to come here. I wish Maki all the best! 😊🫶❤️

Pros: On a good location, the host was very kind during our stay and helped us in anything we needed, making sure we were as comfortable as possible. The treatment was beyond our expectations! 😀

Perfect....almost!

Pros: Good sized room which was very comfortable and clean. The host was very friendly and helpful and wanted to make sure that my stay was perfect. The location is good, about 10 minute walk from Shibakoen metro station. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: The only issue is that there is no elevator and the staircase is very steep and narrow which makes it difficult getting a large suitcase upstairs but otherwise perfect for my short stay in Tokyo.

Amazing stay and clear recommendation!

Pros: The location is great and the Community in the area amazing. The owners are super kind and make sure that you have an amazing time. The Self checkin is flawless. The room itself has a very good size and the beds are soooo comfortable!

Pros: Great big done beds and lovely welcome note and peace dove origami birds. Even fresh orange juice welcome drinks

Cons: No visitors book to leave positive reviews and a few more complimentary tea bags for English visitors.

Pros: A small apartment, with the minimum for a good stay.

Cons: If you have a lot of luggage, access to the rooms is via a small staircase — there is no elevator

Excellent host, location

Pros: We had a bit of trouble getting into the property. Our host is Chinese in Japan so communication was with Google translate. However don't let this deter you - our host went out of his way to look after us, make sure we had all the information we needed and the property is in an excellent central safe location. Shops and restaurants all around. Room a very generous size and wifi great.

Cons: Try to make sure you clarify arrival details in an email and get Whatsapp contact details.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely return!

Pros: The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious—more than enough for two adults and two small children. The bed was soft and cozy, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing light meals. The location is excellent: just a 7-minute walk to Shiba Park and about 6 minutes on foot to Mita Station. There's a 7-Eleven just a block away, and a local grocery store nearby, making it easy to grab snacks or ingredients anytime. Though it’s a budget hotel, it offers great value for the space and amenities. We’ve stayed at many hotels in the area, and this one stands out as both reasonable and practical—especially for longer stays. There’s even a sizable refrigerator and pots and pans for simple cooking.

Cons: One thing to note: the stairway can be a bit challenging if you’re carrying large or heavy luggage, but that’s a small trade-off for everything else the hotel offers.

Recommended

Pros: The place is so clean and nice. I think, all furniture and the house it self is new. 10 minutes walk to Tamachi station. 7 minutes walk to Mita station. The host is responsive and kind.

Cons: We are in the 4th floor! LOL. Its too high and tiring to climb since we have old people with the tour. And also we are tired from walking from the tour, and from the station.
