Nice location with comfortable lodging at a good value if you can get it at a reasonable price.

Pros: The location was good. The beds were comfortable. The heating was good. The instructions were good and thorough.

Cons: There is not much counter space to do cooking. It is difficult to catch a taxi if you follow the rules of catching it from the main road.

Cons: No doors on bedrooms No cabinets, just a few hangers on the walls No luggage storage possibility, late checkout was denied - 6 hours gap between check in of 4pm and checkout at 10am seems too long for cleaning. Check in procedure could be simpler Our unit was in basement, so no natural lihht

Pros: 高級ホテル並みの設備で落ち着いた内装です。寝具はシモンズ、シャワー用品はPOLA、ドライヤーはReFaと、アメニティや設備が高級ホテル並みに充実しています。

Pros: 新宿駅まで9分、東京駅まで16分と、観光にもビジネスにも便利なロケーションです。清潔感のあるおしゃれな部屋で、調理器具や無料の洗濯乾燥機も完備されているため、長期滞在にも向いています。

Pros: 大人数での滞在に最高の施設です。広々空間に、広々としたダイニングテーブルやリビングがあり、皆で快適に過ごせます。シャワールームが2つあるので、朝の準備もスムーズ。

Pros: Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Specifically, in-unit washer-dryer and hotel-like amenities such as toothbrushes and razors. Excellent location close to a busy area in Roppongi and about 6 minutes walking to the nearest Metro entrance.

A great location and apartment for families or groups

Pros: Roppongi is great location with great restaurant choices and convenient subway access without the crowds of Shinjuku or Shibuya. we found the building to be quiet. Once our teens were familiar with the neighborhood we were comfortable if they wanted to go on walks. Grocery store nearby and several convenience stores. We stayed in 2F which had 3 bedroom, 5 beds. There was a picture where bedrooms had curtains but 2F had doors. The apartment had lots more space than we were expecting. There were 2 showers and 2 toilets. Overall it was great for our family.

Cons: For the most part there were labels in English to understand how to use items like AC, clothes washer, etc, but we could have used a few more. The operators were responsive to our questions. I felt that the beds were comfortable but some members of my family disagreed.
