Amazing time in Tokyo — comfortable, convenient, and full of great memories!

Pros: One of the rare places a big group can fit comfortably! The location is perfect, amazing restaurants close by and in really nice part of Tokyo. It’s also a 8min walk from a really well connected Train Station which can get you into any other part Tokyo within 20mins. Also very comfy and spacious beds!

Wonderful place, would highly recommend for a good value stay in a central location.

Pros: Location was great, close to two train stations and an easy walk to both giving good access to the rest of Tokyo - perfect for a first time visit to the city. The space is very small but well equipped and comfortable. Our family and five (including 3 tall teenagers) really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful.

Pros: Nice spacious apartment in a great location close to trains, restaurants, bars etc. Easy access to everywhere. Staff were amazing and offered to pick up our bags, supplied snacks and drinks and arranged early check in and late check out. Also offered suica cards and portable wifi.

Cons: Very steep stairs but this is common in Japan. Apartment is a strange cluttered mix but still works well.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The owner, Yu, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our trip. He was always available to answer our questions and gave us great advice whenever we had any doubts about our plans. His warm and welcoming attitude made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable and friendly place!

Four night stay in a home like apartment in Akasaka.

Pros: Soo many amenities, even mobile router which was super handy as I was running out of sim data. Also, the washing&drying machine was a lot better than those I experienced in other hotels before.

Perfect Apartment, Convenient Location

Pros: Travelled in a group of seven and this apartment was absolutely perfect for the group of us. Amazing location, close to many stations. Yu was a welcoming and warm host, very easy to contact with prompt responding speed. We were provided with many appliances and free utilities which only improved our stay, this including Japanese snacks, multiple Dyson products to use, laundry detergent etc. Apartment was overall clean and everything needed for a stay in Tokyo.
