Perfect place for a family

Pros: 1. The unit was perfect for family of 4 till 10. They had 2 toilets, 2 baths which were individually separated. That in itself is a bliss. 2. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was complete with all the possible utensils you need. 3. There is a lift to access the unit which is on the 4th floor 4. They have a huge TV screen with Netflix 5. We went during winter and they heating was adquate. They also had washing machine and drier 6. Really felt like home. Recommend for long stays like 3 to 5 days. 7. You can go to Narita airport straight from Kuramae station which is just 5 min walk

Cons: There are 2 train stations nearby Kuramae(5min walk) and Asakusabashi(10min walk). While Kuraame is nearby the station is a bit confusing with different entries having different routes to town. A0 and A3 will require you to go to Asakusa and then go the opposite direction to head to Ueno onwards. A5 and A6 can get you straight to UENO. So just that minor inconvenience

Pros: Posizione molto centrale e facile da raggiungere coi mezzi. Interno spazioso e pulito. Ottimo per viaggi di gruppo.

Cons: C'era poco spazio per appendere i vestiti

Comfortable but on the pricey side for what was provided.

Pros: Very clean. Extremely comfortable beds. Washer and dryer. 2 bathrooms with showers.

Cons: Pricey. No coffee maker or even a drip filter. Didn’t feel “welcomed”. The rental interaction felt more like a business transaction than a vacation stay.

Enjoyed our stay here - would recommend!

Pros: We liked the location (residential area, not noisy at all even in the world’s biggest city), the fact that it had shower/toilet facilities both upstairs and downstairs, and the spaciousness.

Japanreise

Pros: Wir haben Urlaub mit einer Gruppe von 5 Personen in Tokio gemacht und haben 6 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Die Unterkunft bietet sehr viel Platz und ist in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Restaurants, weitere Einkaufsläden, sowie die Bahnstationen waren in der Nähe und fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr positiv an der Unterkunft ist, dass es 2 Toiletten, Bad mit Badewanne und eine seperate Dusche gab. Die Küche ist ausreichend bestückt mit Küchenutensilien. Es gibt auch 2 Balkone. Alles in allen eine tolle Unterkunft!

Cons: Es gibt leider 2 kleine Kritikpunkte, mit denen man aber leben kann : In einem Zimmer befindet sich eine Notausgangsleuchte, welche die ganze Nacht über leuchtet. Und in einem anderen Zimmer gibt es nur Shoji-Wände zum Abdunkeln des Raumes.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was perfect for our group of 7 adults—plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a huge bonus and made getting ready in the mornings so much easier. The place was clean, well-equipped, and just as described. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering any questions right away. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
