Performance for a good price

Pros: Very close to Asakusabashi station.Asakusa line is very convinent to reach nearly all locations in tokyo,even the airports.The house is very comfortable.Heating,hot water,beds,kitchen…There is also seven/eleven,a detailed supermarket and a very nice coffee shop nearby.

Cons: The setup of the house is a little weird.kitchen is upstairs but dining table is downstairs.bedroom is upstairs but bathroom down.a litlle strange but no problem at all.

Great stay!

Pros: Great location, quiet yet close to station and convenient stores / groceries. I love the bathroom where I can dry all clothes overnight!

Cons: Water in the shower is not strong enough, and no laundry detergent, and no lift if anyone who needs accessible access.

New, Convenient and Quiet

Pros: Good location, close to multiple small supermarkets and easy access to JR (~10 min walk) and Asakusa Line (~5 min walk). Quiet and peaceful area. Booked the Mansionette flat, which is located on the ground floor with a basement level. It's a new building, so everything looks clean and nice. It has all the amenities in the flat, and the bed is comfortable.

Cons: The layout may be a little bit strange, as the bedroom, kitchen, and toilet are on the ground level where the entrance is, and the dining area, TV, washing machine, and bathroom are located downstairs in the basement. But it is fine for us.

Pros: Small but comfortable flat, equipped with everything you need for a short stay including a washing machine

Cons: No lift in the building, the interior of the building is poorly lit and smells funny.

Great apartment in great area! We had a wonderful stay.

Pros: The apartment was great, very clean, we had everything we needed. Also, the area is super nice, the neighbourhood was great!

Pros: The location is good as it's a quiet and calm, tucked away from the busy streets, and the train station is less than 10 mins walk away.. Clean toilet and comfortable beds. The living room was spacious enough for us to open and organize our luggage, but for our unit there is a flight of stairs leading down to the living room which is in the basement, so it's a light workout going up and down. Overall, pretty okay for the price we paid.

Cons: Some additional items would have made the experience more pleasant, e.g. we had to buy our own laundry detergent capsules (we left ours for the next guests), hand towel for the kitchen, and extra blankets.

Pros: El apartamento es grande y cómodo. Instalaciones limpias. Nos enviaron toda una serie de documentos para facilitar la entrada (recogida llaves), funcionalidades del apartamento, reciclaje...

Cons: La ubicación no es mala pero no está especialmente cerca de ningún lugar de interés. La estación de metro está a unos 10min y el barrio de Asakusa a unos 20 minutos.
