A great little unit with perfect location

Pros: The property was great for family. But maybe max to three people to be comfortable (there were four of us). The location is perfect. Not far from the station and many restaurants, convenience stores and even aeon supermarket. It is also located in between shinjuku (2 stops - 4 mins south bound) and ikebukuro (2 stops north bound) The host very accomodating and helpful. The unit has everything. From electrical plugs, charging cables, nice bath towels, shampoo, soaps, dyson hairblower, hair straightener, good size fridge and the washing machine + dryer unit was so quiet so you can leave it overnight (except it will beeps when its done). The bed was nice and pillow ok too. So cannot fault any of them. The host was very responsive with any inquiry so it was super helpful when it was our first airbnb (the trash system surely was a huge learning curve).

Cons: The unit located at 4th floor and the stairs were quiet narrow so going up bringing luggage up was quiet tiring. Also the toilet was small but its useable.

Cozy place

Pros: Big enough for Japan. Comfortable and cosy place. Kind hospitality.

Cons: Elevator does not exist which means 4th floor have to be walk with big luggages. Location a little bit far from central locations.

Pros: Very cute property in a good spot by the river. It was small but exactly what I expected and the owner was very prompt and considerate. Would definitely stay again! Thanks :)

Sensational

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and a pleasant place to spend time in (especially lovely for cat lovers 🐾). The host was kind and helpful, always responsive whenever I had questions. There were also some thoughtful gifts that made the stay feel even more welcoming. The location is very central and convenient, with easy access to many main attractions and often minimal or no train transfers, which saved a lot of time. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily come back again in the future.

Cons: This is really just a tiny thing 🥺 The host already explained the recycling rules so well, but I still got confused (too many types of plastic for my brain and I can’t read Japanese😂). Maybe some little label stickers on the bins would help guests like me. I think it would make sorting so much easier overall too!

All in all, we had a wonderful time and our host was great to deal with!

Pros: The property is conveniently located only a few minutes from the train station and shops, and easy to get to. It was very clean and tidy and our host Juni was excellent to deal with very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: We stayed on the 3rd floor and unfortunately weren’t aware that there was no lift, so it was a little difficult heading up flights of stairs with all our luggage.

Un pied à terre idéal pour partir à la découverte de la capitale avec deux adultes et un enfant.

Pros: Le logement est idéalement placé près de la gare de Takadanobaba sur le ligne Yamanote. L'accès depuis l'aéroport d'Haneda est facile. Le quartier étudiant est agréable avec ses boutiques et ses restaurants. Supermarchés et konbinis sont à proximité. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil et toutes les délicates attentions. Notre séjour a été parfait.

This was an excellent experience! The host was very accommodating and I would definitely rent again!

Pros: Hoshino cafe was close by, they have really good pancakes and a healthy fruit breakfast for a reasonable price. The atmosphere was nice as well. There were ramen, chicken, and burger locations in close proximity. Just downstairs there was a vending machine for drinks, and a 7-11 at the end of the street. A couple of blocks away, you can find an arcade, a drug store, and a don quixote. The room has a washer/dryer combo as well. This was very useful as summers in Japan get very hot. In addition, the host provided us with a yen separator, which was a very cool item to have. I don't know where they got it though, I looked all over for a larger one.

Cons: The things I didn't like were that the shower was very small for my height. Considering all of the positives, this was a minor detail, and from my research, something that would be a common experience for any non-hotel stay in Tokyo. The A/C automatically turns itself off, I understand why. This really sucks in the middle of summer in Japan though, in our situation we were walking all day at least 20k steps before returning home. This can be addressed in most scenarios by setting the timer to 9 hours.
