Excellent, 100% recommend and would stay again!

Pros: The location was great! Very close to that Metro but just outside of the hectic area on Shinjuku! 40 minute walk from the main nightlife so easily walkable after a night out. The flat was lovely, very comfortable and just as described! The host was very kind and let us check in early after hiking Mt Fuji

Cons: The only issue is the soundproofing - we could hear people outside on the canal coughing or talking late at night which woke us but nothing earplugs couldn't fix!

Pros: Very good location,everything you need is there. Close to yamanote line which gets you everywhere. Neighborhood is full of students and young people. View from window is really nice. Bed was super comfortable.

Cons: The bathtub was very small for me as a regular built 190cm man it was kind of tight. If I were a plus size person I imagine it could be very hard to use while sitting. Also there wasn’t much space to open our luggage.
