Pros: Fast helpful response from owner. Less than 10 min walk from metro, and right next to busy area. Not flashy, but perfect for place to stay while you explore the city

Pros: 房间位置超级方便！房东回复很快，入住流程也很简单。出门走几步就能到太阳城，周围还有一整栋9层的Animate、谷子、吧唧，各种手办应有尽有，逛起来特别方便。走路就能到山手线池袋站，坐车8分钟到新宿，15分钟到涩谷、原宿，购物和观光都很轻松！楼梯确实有点陡，但房东在入住前就说明过，所以心里早有准备。总体来说，这个位置和价格真的很划算，强烈推荐！
