Overall, it was a great place to stay for our first time in Japan.

Pros: Property was very spacious. We were able to lay out multiple luggages on the floor and still have a lot of space to walk around. There was an extra room in between the bedroom and living room that only had a crib in it. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a sofa and long dining table. Ikebukuro Station was 10-15 minutes away but the walk wasn’t bad at all. Many convenience stores, restaurants and shops nearby. Walking distance to sunshine city mall also. Staff was easy to get ahold of via messaging and quick to respond. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Ikebukuro.

Cons: The place was a little hard to find at first since the outside wasn’t clearly labeled. There was no elevator and it was a couple of floors up. It did have some narrow set of steps but it was still doable if someone is strong enough to carry big luggages or a sleeping toddler. There were some nights when you can hear people walking on the streets or the footsteps of people on the floor above but did not bother us at all. It had a washer/dryer combo but we were not able to figure out the dryer part. Clothes were still a little wet and we ended up air drying them instead.
