Real Kinshi

Pros: 1. 位置方便，押上站跟錦系站都是步行距離，附近有超商，餐廳選擇多 2. 設備齊全，房間跟圖片一致 3. 晚上很安靜 4. 雖然沒烘乾機，但浴室的乾燥系統很方便

Cons: 1. 不是缺點，但是這裡沒有電梯，有大件行李的會辛苦一點

服務人員很熱心回覆訊息，房間也很舒適。附近有24小時的超市，離車站也不遠。到晴空塔也很近，住起來感受良好

Pros: 有廚房 洗衣機，生活家電以及餐具都有準備。只要自備牙刷牙膏即可。離車站也不遠，附近有7-11還有一些開很晚的餐廳

Cons: 沒有電梯🥲 枕頭太矮

Pros: The apartment was very clean and beautiful as shown in the pictures. Resources were well-provided. There was even an umbrella! Very useful for rainy days. The instructions guide was also clear and easy to understand. Location is wonderful as it's only a few minutes walk to the nearest Kinshicho station (JR and subway). There are many eateries and shopping places in the vicinity (Termina, PARCO, 0101, Donki...). Convenience stores are plenty too. The host is very friendly and helpful. Checking on us from Day 1 to check-out to make sure things are ok. Also very responsive to our enquiries. I highly recommend this host and place!

Cons: Nothing in particular. A note to those with large or heavy luggage: there's no elevator here so please be prepared to climb those spiral stairs which can be a bit narrow for some people.

Pros: １万円とやや高額な宿泊費でしたが、トイレ風呂別、洗濯機有り、台所食器等使用可能と言うことで、納得の価格設定でした。 気になる汚れなども無く、清潔に保たれていました。私は台所や洗濯機は使用しませんでしたが、全ての設備を扱えると考えれば、この金額でも安価と思います。 無人と言うことで、チェックインチェックアウトまでメールでの指示に従うことになりましたが、返信対応がとても丁寧且つ早く、気持ちよく感じました。

Cons: 近辺で深夜3時ごろまで、楽器の演奏音が聞こえており、気になる人はやや寝辛いかと感じました。（この楽器の演奏が毎晩行われているかどうかは分かりません） 宿泊部屋までは階段で登ることになるのですが、やや狭く、大荷物の方は少し大変かもしれません。

Pros: Great location and price. Was perfect for a Tokyo vacation. Close to the big station to get around to anywhere. Has everything you need from laundry to cooking essentials.
