Pros: The property is in a bustling section of Tokyo, but also in a slightly seedy red light district (Kabukicho). The bed is comfortable and the place is generally in good condition.

Cons: There are no drawers for clothes, so even for longer stays, one is still living mostly out of their bag.

Great location and great host with clean place!

Pros: I liked the cleanliness of the facilities. The exterior may seem a bit old but the room was very nice and it had everything as described on the website.

Cons: In a cold month in Tokyo, the air conditioner was not very warm. It's freezing at the night despite of turning on the highest fan. We wish we could have an extra heater to help ease the freezing.

Pros: 東新宿駅から近くて良かった。新大久保も歩いて行けた。サブウェイや、コンビニも近場にあって便利だった。夜は割と静かで良かった。

Cons: 部屋の入り方がわかりにくかった。部屋の扉の横に目線の高さで小さな鍵ボックスがあって、そこに鍵があった。新宿から向かうと、夜の街の客引きが両サイドからきてメチャクチャ怖かった。バスルームにシャワーカーテンがなかったので、100均で購入した。エキストラのソファーベットはマットレスが固かった。

Pros: 地點方便，房東很好，房內設備有冰箱、微波爐、快煮熱水壺、IH爐等。唯浴室偏小，但也舒適。整體來說性價比很高。可以推薦
