Holiday Places /SHIBUYA 5min by train (Sangenjaya)

Pros: The closest train station, Sangenjaya, is only two stations away feom Shibuya, the main tourist area. The apartment is clean and comfort.

Cons: The apartment is compact and little bit small for us, but it is compensated with the location and complete and clean amenities.

We stayed in this apartment in October 2018 and were very happy to find it was available for our 2025 Japan trip.

Pros: Compact, but with everything you would need. Great location, close to trains, bars and food options.

Cons: Only that we were not able to stay longer.

Pros: The place was very nice .the rooms were good nad spacious , they even had a hall for common area. All of the amenities were available. The location was also very nice. Would definitely recommend it

Quaint little home in the suburbs.

Pros: Quaint little home in the suburbs. Easy to get to from train station. Plenty of supermarkets, food places and shopping nearby. Felt very comfortable after a busy day sightseeing. Was a little squishy for the three of us, but obviously very spacious for the area and much nicer than being separated in a hotel. Everything was provided that we could need and great to have our own cooking facilities rather than have to eat out every night. Instructions sent were very easy to follow and we easily found the place. There was a damp smell throughout the home, the air purifier did help this a little, but I am unfortunately very sensitive to damp. The personal touches made it feel very welcoming.

Comfortable two-bedroom apartment in a convenient place in west Tokyo.

Pros: Nice cosy apartment with two separate bedrooms, which is bigger than usual for Tokyo. It's in a great location,.close to the Sangenjaya station, which is two stops from Shibuya. Lots of restaurants and shops. It also has a little known line called Setagaya line, which has connections to the Keio line, so an option if you want to avoid the crowds of Shibuya and Shinjuku for transit. It was clean and well-cared for. Enough necessities for our week-long stay, e.g. laundry facilities, kitchen tools, cleaning products. Beds were comfortable. The AC worked fine. The room came with a router that you can take out with you, which is convenient if you're moving all together as a group. The owner came.to visit us with some fresh flowers, which provided some comfort throughout our stay. There was also a tree in one of the bedrooms, which was an unexpected surprise.

Cons: We did have some booking issues initially, but was solved by talking to the owner and booking.com. Otherwise we had nothing to complain about.

Pros: This place was perfect for our first trip to Japan. We stayed here for 7 nights, and it was about a 6 minute walk from the train station, with convenience stores just round the corner. It is smaller than what we are used to, but it has everything needed to feel comfortable, including a washing machine. All linen and toiletries were supplied, which made our stay very comfortable. Entry and exit could not have been smoother, and our host contacted us on the second day to offer assistance if needed. Highly recommend.

a great base to explore Tokyo

Pros: The apartment is clean and well provided with facilities including a high tech toilet. The kitchen is small but you can easily cook meals in it. there are also lots of eating places nearby. it is close to Sangenjaya subway station so you can travel to central Tokyo quickly. During my week’s stay I saw many of the major sightseeing spots.

Cons: The one minor drawback is that one bed is off the sitting room so it has a lack of privacy.

Our stay was comfy, cozy, and so convenient. We really enjoyed staying in such a peaceful place.

Pros: The apartment is so cozy and welcoming. It is clear to anyone who stays that Rintaro put in a lot of though to making the place clean and homey. The place also smelled incredible. Rintaro was a great host! He answered all my questions and concerns promptly. The apartment is pretty spacious for Tokyo standards (there were 3 of us in our party). There is also an elevator which was great to have since my family members have slight mobility issues. The property is also in a nice quiet neighborhood surrounded by shops and restaurants. There is a grocery store 2 mins away which really helped us get our basic things. Like the listing says, it is also close to Shibuya by train (about a 5-10 mins away). Checking in and following any house rules was very easy.

Cons: There was nothing we did not like about the apartment or our stay. The only really minor thing I would recommend adding is maybe a small luggage rack for suitcases.
