NYOZE House - Vacation STAY 84305v

Like back home and chat with my long lost friends.

Pros: Very warm and nice hospitality, good facilities, such as two bath and toilet, comfortable bed rooms, etc. I will definitely visit again.

Spacious, friendly owner

Pros: The staff was very nice, helpful and easy to communicate with. The house is very spacious and comfortable. It has two bathrooms, so it's good when you travel with more people. It has a parking spot, so it's easy to go there with a car. For me it was good to sleep on the floor on tatami, but my parents used two bed to sleep and there're also satisfied. I could use washing machine and hung clothes in the balcony.

Cons: In summer the bathrooms were very hot, but it expected from Japanese house. It's a little far from the train station, but it's easy to take a bus.

Pros: Love the roomy house, love the facilities, love the efficient air con particularly in this hot weather. Landlord was courteous and cleared the bins daily. Ideal residence for those driving, with undercover carpark.

Cons: Nil

Pros: Nyoze House was bright, clean and spacious. All facitilities and utilities were fully functional. Kitchen was well equipped with adequate working top plus a big sink. Carpark was immediate adjacent to the House entrance. This was the third time staying in Nyoze House while in Tokyo

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Second time residing at Nyoze House for our vacation. Everything was as excellent as our prior stay. Fully equipped and functional with courteous reception.

Excellent stay experience

Pros: It was ideal stay at Nyose House. Environment was quiet, location was convenient with us driving with private undercover parking space, and household facilities and utilities were in perfect order. Perfect kitchen. Every room was brightly lit. Bed and quilt was very comfortable. Host was friendly and courteous. It was a beautiful, clean and neat place for guests to enjoy 🙂

Cons: Smell in the ground floor bathroom, despite everything was clean, guess it was from the drain

Pros: 移動が車で赤羽周辺だと、ほぼ一択です。 都内なのに周辺の店舗には無料駐車場があるし、ガソリンスタンドもある(意外と隣の川口市は車だと不便な宿ばかり) チェックアウトが13時までと言うのも、昼食を宿で済ませられるので、ありがたい。

Cons: 本格的なオーブンはあるが、トースターはありません。 風呂の自動湯張りが故障したままなので、浴槽に浸かりたい方には向いていません。 外光の入いる白地のカーテンなので、朝寝坊はできないかも。

整理來說住宿體驗很棒，會是值得推薦的住宿!

Pros: 住宿是一個獨棟的住宅，有停車位，且配備齊全，1樓跟2樓各有一套衛浴可以方便大家洗澡，整理來說非常的舒適且滿意，房東會說中文，也很友善，下次會想再來住!

Cons: 廚房設備雖然齊全，但唯獨沒有提供油🥺 煎煮的時候才發現，稍稍美中不足。

ゆっくりまったり泊

Pros: 広々としていてゆっくりくつろげました。 施設も十分すぎるほどの充実感で大満足です。 テレビでユーチューブが見られたのも良かったし、宅配のチラシも置いてあり助かりました。

Cons: 特にないです。

Pros: 鍵の受け渡しが管理人から直接とのことで煩わしさがあったのですが、チェックインが夜で宿や駐車場が分かりずらく案内してもらい助かりました。 蒸し暑い時期で、事前に窓を開けてもらい、最初から快適に滞在できました。 翌日の訪問先が午後だったので、チェックアウトが13時までだったので、とてもゆったりとできて良かったです。

Cons: 一方通行が多い住宅地の中にあるので、部屋にあった住宅地図を予約サイトに掲載されたらどうでしょうか。 この予約サイトには掲載されていないのですが、1F和室が英会話教室に使われることがあり、教室への出入りが駐車場横のテラス戸とのことなので、教室と重なるようでしたら4mぐらいの小型車で行くのが無難と思われます。 唯一、オーブントースターがないのが不便でした。
