Cosy comfortable appartment on a great location

Pros: This apartment is a true gem. It’s conveniently located near public transportation, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The space is compact yet wonderfully homely. It was also my first time sleeping on a tatami mat, a fun, unique, and pleasantly firm experience. I can absolutely recommend this place. The communication with the host was superb. Thank you for your hospitality and I wish you the best.

Very enjoyable and big place that was a very nice end to our time in Japan.

Pros: Very spacious. Especially for a Japanese place. A lot of room to relax inside and outside. The fusion aspect was also really nice. The surrounding areas are pretty.

Highly recommended.

Pros: My family had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It truly felt like a home away from home. All the facilities were in excellent working condition, making my stay very comfortable. The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to Shin-Okachimachi Station (Oedo Line) and a 10-minute walk to Okachimachi Station (Yamanote Line), providing easy access to the city. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, including AEON, Family Mart, 7/11, and Lawson, which made it incredibly convenient. I will definitely book here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Cons: If I had to nitpick, it would be the lack of space to hang clothes inside the apartment—there is only one wardrobe. However, this didn’t detract much from my overall experience.

Pros: It was very well located and had plenty of eating options nearby. Most importantly it was CLEAN. It also has an A/C that works as cooler and heater which is nice.

Cons: L’espace est réduit mais c’est la norme à Tokyo.

Cozy stay in a quiet neighborhood. A great place to rest from the busyness of Tokyo!

Pros: The apartment was clean and cozy. It was very well priced and it was great to have some extra space! There were some restaurants and convenience stores not too far away.

Cons: Not overly close to the tourist sites.

Super rapport qualité/prix dans un très bon quartier !

Pros: Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. Placé non loin de 2 stations de métro. Spacieux pour Tokyo. Des petits biscuits nous attendaient à l arrivée et les instructions étaient claires. Échanges par mail avec l hôte avant et pendant le séjour.

Cons: Les 3 etages à monter à l arrivée et au départ avec les valises. Les parois très fines...et donc le bruit qui arrive facilement...mais c'est un quartier tranquille donc pas de grand désagrément
