Japan 🇯🇵

Pros: キッチン設備はとても充実しており、ひと通りの調理器具が揃っていたため問題なく自炊ができました。近くにスーパーもあり、滞在中の買い出しにも便利でした。

Cons: Wi-Fiの通信速度が非常に遅く、頻繁に接続が途切れてしまい不便に感じました。テレビは地上波が視聴できず、NetflixやAmazon Primeのみ視聴可能な仕様でした。事前に分かりやすく記載があるとより良いと思います。また1階のお部屋で、カーテンを開けると共有部分がすぐ目の前だったため、終始閉め切ったまま過ごすことになりました。窓ガラスに目隠しフィルムなどの配慮があると、より快適に過ごせると感じました。

South Korea 🇰🇷

Pros: 1) 오시아게역 도보 5분 거리, 나리타공항 및 시내 관광지 접근성 좋음 2) 대형마트가 가까워서 식자재, 생활용품 조달이 용이함 3) 숙소 시설이 깔끔하고 관리가 잘 되어 있음 4) 방 침대의 매트리스가 의외로 좋음. 거실 소파 베드도 나쁘지 않은편 5) 난방 걱정했는데 생각보다 따뜻했음. 온수도 잘나옴 6) 스카이트리가 거실 정면에서 보이는 전망 (1호 라인 한정) 7) 호스트와 소통이 원활함, 셀프체크인 방법도 명확하고 쉬웠음

Cons: 1) 다른 후기에도 있던 내용인데 전기를 많이 사용하면 차단기가 내려갔다가 10초 정도 뒤에 복구됨. 나중에는 익숙해져서 적절히 차단 안되게끔 지냈는데 한번씩 불편하긴 함 (전자레인지, 헤어드라이어, 전기포트, 냉난방기 ==> 이런 전기기구들을 몇개씩 동시 사용하는게 불가) 2) 엘리베이터 없음, 5층이라 조용하고 전망이 좋긴 했는데 처음에 캐리어 들고 올라갈때 조금 힘들었음

Pros: This place is outstanding, exceeded the expectations and makes you feel like home. The staff is so punctual with cleaning and leaving the amenities. The house gives a modern and contemporaneous vibe that makes you feel like in home, which is very important for visitors since some of us are from very far.
