Returned stay to CIEL BLEU
Pros: It was my 2nd time staying here - The room had the amenities that I needed for the stay and it's about 5 mins walk from the station exit. There's a supermarket nearby and the mall is around 10mins away. I like this area due to the quietness. & the view to skytree was spectacular esp during sunset.
Cons: The room is pretty dusty when I checked in, and the sheets will tend to show dust very easily. The sitting area was not ideal as the chairs had no backing and its near the hood that's giving cold air all the time. Would hope to have some charging points near the sitting area as that's the main 'living' space.

Room with stunning view of Tokyo Skytree
Pros: Good location with beautiful view of the Tokyo skytree just outside your door. The room is clean. Very comfortable mattress and pillows.
Cons: We stayed in a different room this time, was better last time! This time the floor had LOTS of marks and the fridge + microwave were smaller and old (they worked fine). Drain in bathroom kinda blocked on the first night - as when we drained the water in the bathtub, the water overflowed from outside drain? Anyway, it seemed to resolve itself in the second night. Would benefit from a good renovation !!

A perfectly good alternative to hotels with easy access to Tokyo Skytree
Pros: Good sized apartment, excellent shower. Good to have a washing machine too. Location was great - there was a bus stop directly outside, and convenience store a few minutes walk away. Some good local eateries nearby too.
Cons: Access was a bit of a hassle - would have been better if we could have used the main front door of the complex rather than having to enter via the back door (lock box was a tricky to access).

Cons: We thought it was double bed, but they were two single beds.

Nice homely stay
Pros: Love the location and the homely feeling. Area was quiet and also near a supermarket. Room had everything you need (perhaps just missing a scissors)
Cons: Floor was quite dusty. I brought my own indoor slippers and it was dirty very quickly. I had to clean the floor. Dust also build up very easily.

Good Location for a High Price
Pros: We loved the location of the apartment hotel. It is very close to the Skytree Tower and to multiple train stations. It's perfect to travel around Tokyo. We also appreciated the great number of amenities available in the room. We had everything we needed, be it a washing machine, drier, fridge, or kitchen.
Cons: Getting inside the room for the first time was really complicated. There is no reception staff so you have to follow a long list of instructions to first enter the room (go to this door, put this password, get the key to the back entrance, then go to another door and use another password to get another key...). The worst thing was the price. We paid 100€ per night, which is reasonable for a 5 star hotel, but not for a small room in an apartment hotel like this one.

Pros: This apartment was so perfectly located for getting around Tokyo while still being nice and residential so not in the heart of the action. Plenty of restaurants nearby, me and my wife particularly liked Mr Bakerman, very close to the apartment.
Cons: There are a few stringent rules posted around the apartment, also one of the taps in our apartment was broken in the kitchen
