Italy 🇮🇹

Cozy and friendly

Pros: I stayed at this property for about a week with my friends. The apartment is very cozy and has all the necessary amenities, including kitchenware, towels, a washing machine, air conditioning, and a very comfortable shower. Clear instructions and manual, well served by public transportation.

Cons: The entrance to the house always stays a bit cold and doesn't heat up. There is no wardrobe in one of the bedrooms, there is not enough laundry detergent.

Calm location; one subway stop from Ginza; clean and well equipped apartment.

Pros: Nice residential area; spacious (for Tokyo!); interesting restaurants nearby; one subway stop from the main Ginza bustle. The apartment has two floors, which is nice if you need some quiet time. Clean and modern apartment.

Cons: Only two blankets for the two double beds! Also be aware the building has no lift, so if you're on the higher floors, you'll need to carry all your bags up.

Great Apartment in Sasazuka

Pros: The response time from the host was very good The location was outstanding. Sasazuka has a wide variety of bars, restaurants and convenience stores. It is 1000 steps from the train station and one stop from Shinjuku, which was very handy. The apartment was a good size for us as we left after breakfast and usually returned after dinner The beds were very comfortable

Cons: The washing machine was broken, which was annoying. The directions to the apartment were very detailed from the train station to the front door of the building. However, there were no directions to get into the apartment. For reference, the apartment door is unmarked on the second floor.

Pros: It was in a great location, quick walk to the train station and away from the busy city. The house was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and replied quickly to our messages.

Buena Estancia

Pros: Me gustó la comodidad de las camas, la amplitud del lugar considerando que es Tokio, la ubicación llena de tiendas de conveniencia, restaurantes, estación de tren y mucha tranquilidad.

Cons: Hay que considerar que está en un tercer piso y hay varias escaleras incluso dentro de la estancia. Faltan amenidades comparada con diversos lugares donde nos hemos hospedado en Tokio y resto de Japón.
