LOF HOTEL Shimbashi

Great stay, very friendly and welcoming staff.

Pros: The staff were great the entire time, comfortable beds, selection of amenities to use.

Cons: Rooms could be brighter to make them feel bigger.

Pros: I loved almost everything about the hotel - the location was great! the staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. They all spoke perfect english and made my stay very pleasant. The rooms were spotless and clean. All the facilities were great as well.

Cons: This is guess is to be expected, but the room was a little small. But its not a deal breaker 😊

Pros: Location was fantastic, so close to Ginza and had lots of food options nearby. Staff were very very kind, we always felt seen and welcome. Room was super clean & so was all the other locations of the hotel. Cafeteria with the complementary coffee machine and water fountain was a super touch. Free toiletries at reception was very useful. thank you Lof team!

Cons: During the last 24hrs we had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom, and as the rooms are small it was very hard to sleep.

Pros: Thr location is great , It is a quck walk to the subway and other site around. The top floor has a lounge to use for coffee or reading. The besris the ammenities at the front dest that you might need such as face cram shampoo and a house coat/ dressing gown is you have to ship your luggage or you forget something

A well-priced hotel for the location, cleanliness and comfort of the room.

Pros: LOF Hotel Shimbashi is very well located. Shimbashi is a great neighbourhood to stay in: it is quiet but close to many delightful cafés and highly accessible to busier areas like Ginza by train, car or walking. The hotel staff were lovely with a quick check-in and check-out process as well as helping us with requests we had such as finding a taxi large enough to fit 4 people and their luggage. The room is small, but this is expected in Tokyo (unless you pay an exorbitant amount). So, well-priced for the location, cleanliness and comfort of the room.

Cons: The bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent. However, the space in the bathroom is very minimal. I think adding an extra shelf, or having a flat toilet seat rather than slanted, would help give more space to put things (e.g., there isn't really anywhere to put your clothes in the bathroom while you have a shower, let alone all your toiletries).

Pros: A quite Hotel, the room was small (standard japanese) but confortable , the bed was medium hard, coffe\\tea machine free at last floor, position close to the metro station. The pictures of site are real.
