Great place to stay for a week!

Pros: Really great place to stay for a week. Very comfortable, great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: A bit of an odd smell in the room but not very noticeable after some time (I also left the windows open for a bit each day).

Clean like a hotel room, private like an AirBnB, in a convenient and nice location

Pros: Very nice location, minutes walk away from the train station and groceries, etc., and the surrounding suburb was interesting to explore. Was very clean and felt very private, a bit like an airbnb. Comfortable bed. Good selection of bathroom products. Basic kitchenware including knife, chopping board, stove, pan, microwave, kettle, fridge, so I could actually do some cooking, which was nice. Though it's not noted on the listing, there is actually a washing machine outside on premise, and clothes can be hung on a bar outside the bedroom window relatively privately, using provided coat hangers.

Cons: Though not particularly a big deal, there was a lack of surface area to put things on, so I ended up resting the cutting board across the sink basin as a bench, and ended up sitting the kettle on the floor. The desk and chair was also a little small/basic. That said, It is enough to work with and won't be an issue if you'll be out most days.
