near train station, comfortable stay

Pros: the location is near to Train station. the room was spacious and clean, bed and sofa was comfortable.

Cons: 1)the location is near to Train station, however i felt the owner can improve by drawing a direction map to reach the location. the google map directed me to walk 1 big round (about 8 mins) walk, which in actual fact it only take 4 mins to reach the property, 2)in the room, would be good to put 1 dining table, the current coffee table is too low to take a meal. 3) also the owner responds too slow (take 1 day to reply)

Pros: They provided all the essential appliances, like washing machine with dryer. Except TV, but really in Japan who has time to watch tv? Location really excellent, a stone trow away from train station.

Pros: The location was perfect. Nearby, there are convenient stores and supermarkets. Nice cozy room.

Cons: The room size would be perfect if you are travelling alone. For 2 people, the bed & bathroom were a bit cramped. But for this price in Tokyo, it is reasonable.

交通方便、適合獨旅人士入住

Pros: 位置非常好，大塚站出來只需3分鐘。附近有超市、超商、還有很多餐廳，非常方便。走路到池袋也只要15分鐘。室內有廚房和洗衣機，算是方便。非常適合一個人住

Cons: Check-in當天到了入住時間卻找不到鑰匙，有點驚嚇，還好後來有順利解決。床並非一般雙人床尺寸，對兩個人實在是太小了，睡得有點辛苦。雖然有廚房，但是不通風油煙會一直在裡面消不掉。

Pros: The property was amazing from all points of view! The bed was comfy, the room spacious and cozy, the area is very nice, the subway station is really close. All in all we had an amazing time here and would definitely recommend this place. Also the host was responsive and really nice!

因為上訴的等待回覆落空，讓我原本對這個住宿還滿好印象中扣了很多分數。還有民宿主人如果可以提供筷子🥢或多1-2個鍋子讓旅人可以煮東西更方便些。

Pros: 地點佳離車站近，而且去其它繁華點也很方便。大塚小而美讓人有輕鬆的感受。屋子寬敞明亮舒適，會想再次選擇

Cons: 這次前往日本探親，因為訂房原因有一天訂不到房間，再次詢問屋主是否有房，他就不願意回答。後來住宿最後一天因為颱風航班取消，我想續訂房間，詢問房東，他說問看看，後來也不願意再回覆，如果沒有房不能續訂他如果願意回覆我就不會讓我一直抱著希望等他回覆。這是這次住房的2個最大遺憾。

基本上整體感覺非常好，是下次旅遊還會想選擇的住宿點👍🏻

Pros: 1、從JR大塚站北口出站走路只要2分鐘，非常方便。（入住指引如果不正確，建議可以google地圖搜尋「炸豬排美濃屋」，住宿就在店家左手邊路口的轉角那間公寓。 2、房間大小2個人住剛剛好，也有很充足的行李空間。 3、熱水器一開始有點小問題，不過恢復正常後，水溫、水量都非常舒適。 4、隔音比預期的好，基本上很安靜。

Cons: 1、床有點小、有點軟，我們兩個人睡是剛好，但如果體型比較高大應該不太舒服。

Pros: 離車站很近，可以洗衣，也有乾燥機可以晾乾衣服，廚房簡約又便利，冰箱也夠大，雖然入住當天時有點小狀況，但住宿方也處理得當，整體來說非常喜歡，希望下次來東京時能再次入住
