Pros: I had a great time here! It's very close to the city center and easy to the subway and to subway connections, however it's also very quiet and calm which isn't easy in a huge city like Tokyo. The room came out from anime, very cozy and with everything you need, also a washing machine that works also as a dryer, what more do you want! It was amazing, but what was truly the biggest plus was the host! She was incredibly kind and helpful at every hour, she went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful! I really felt like at home and couldn't have asked for more 😊

Pros: It had everything I need, directions to find the accomodation were excellent and I highly recommend staying here for an individual exploring Tokyo.

Cons: The bathroom is smaller than I am used to as an Australian. But that ultimately wasn't an issue.

Comfortable and well connected. Very recommended for long stays!

Pros: Location was a bit far away from the main Shibuya and Shinjuku areas of the city, but otherwise very well connected with a nearby subway line a few minutes away. The location was also close to other tourists sites that were worth checking around, and being located in a residential area it was a quiet comfortable stay! Room had many amenities for a small studio apartment, with a huge comfortable bed and air conditioning, even with a small washing machine! Very recommended for longer stays!

Cons: The only problem is the lack of an elevator in the building which makes carrying heavy luggage an inconvenience. Aside that, the room had basically no problems. It could easily be a nice place to live for a small-room/minimalistic living enthusiast and for a single person (such as myself :D ).

Lovely staff, super comfy place, will definitely keep it in mind for the next time I stay in Tokyo :)

Pros: It was a lovely little room really close to the skytree. Very nice shampoo and conditioner were provided along with other toiletries and check in was a breeze!!

Cons: This is nothing against this property in particular, which is why I didn’t let it affect the star rating, but we occasionally could smell a sewage like smell from the drains in the room, this is a Tokyo wide issue however, even just walking you’ll smell the same thing every now and then.
