Pros: So much space! A lot of room for our family to be comfortable, the beds were very comfortable, shower was great. Having a washer/dryer was fantastic especially with kids and with the weather being still warm, we washed everyday. Kids loved the Nintendo for quieter afternoons. Location was close to 3 train stations (the furtherest one was about a 15min walk, then about 10min then roughly 5min).

Cons: It is slightly further out than we realised, but we were happy to be further out and have more space and a quieter area to come home too.

Great spacious apartment in quiet neighbourhood.

Pros: Great place to stay in Tokyo. Very quiet neighbourhood. Easy to go both from Ocubo Station and Shin-Ocubo Station. Spacious apartment with a nice view to a park. Clean. Very comfortable beds. Aircon in all the rooms. We had the possibility to check in a couple of hours early. Thank you very much.

Cons: Washing machine hard to operate when you don't speak Japanese. It would be nice if garbage disposal instructions were included in the house manual for longer stays. Double duvets. We managed to have separate duvets since we were only four people. It would be nice with optional separate duvets and not large double duvets.

Pros: Quiet area, park across the road for kid to play, very spacious nice facility’s

Cons: Would be nice to have information about a rubbish drop point or area rubbish collection schedule so we could put it out especially on a longer stay with large family

Fantastic property that ticked all our boxes.

Pros: Great amount of space for a family of 4, with all the facilities we needed and a easy yet quiet location

A quiet, safe area with good access to the most important tourist spots in Tokyo

Pros: A great place for a group of friends or family. It’s very peaceful, easy to get to, and well connected to the rest of the city. After a full day of sightseeing, it was a real pleasure to return to the flat. If you're looking for a comfortable place in a quiet area with good transport links, I truly recommend it.

Cons: It would have been great if the kitchen was a bit better equipped – there was no cutting board, sharp knife, or large bowl, which was a slight inconvenience. But nothing we couldn’t manage ;)

Great wee place in Tokyo

Pros: Great wee place had all we needed and good location for getting around and close to shops and park across the road.. a few great place to walk and see

A very comfortable stay

Pros: The property had everything we needed and more. The extra amenities were very helpful indeed.

Cons: The instructions to get to the property were a little confusing. Google took us to the wrong exit/ station (shin okubo rather than okubo) it was hard to navigate using the manual from there and google could not find the address. We ended up getting a taxi but once we knew the way, the walk to the station was only 10-12 minutes

It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay

Pros: How comfortable it was and how we were supplied with toiletries and towels and multiple appliances

Cons: The only thing was the small bathtub as all people staying there were 6ft and taller.

Spacious and close to everything

Pros: Three bedrooms was great travelling with teenagers, very close to everything but in a quiet neighbourhood

Cons: The next guests opened the front door to enter at 9am in the morning, but that was not a problem caused by the host. Everyone gets the same pin to enter
