A great base for our visit to our daughter!

Pros: The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location may not be exactly central, but it was close to where our daughter lives, and it was quiet.

Cons: It's a shame there's no comfortable living room space to spend time in, but the space is limited, so the owners have done the best they can. It was a great base for our travels!

Fantastic Stay!! Recommend to everyone come to Tokyo :)

Pros: This accommodation offered a unique experience with two separate bedrooms, each with its own theme, which was ideal for me and my friend. Having our own private spaces made the stay very comfortable, allowing us to relax independently while still sharing the overall experience. One bedroom featured a bold “wave” wallpaper, capturing the energy and motion of the sea with a powerful design that also integrated traditional Japanese aesthetics. The other bedroom had a soft “cherry blossom” wallpaper, creating a calm, spring-like ambiance perfect for unwinding. We also visited nearby Arakawa Amusement Park, which was conveniently accessible by train and a fun outing for both kids and adults. Each room’s distinct theme and the thoughtful, artistic design details made the accommodation feel luxurious, blending traditional Japanese elements with a modern touch. Overall, this was more than just a place to stay; it was an experience in itself, and I’d love to return.

Great compact apartment in a fantastic location

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment though compact had everything we needed. The beds in particular were very comfortable and it was great to have access to a washing machine. The location was perfect, in a lovely quiet residential area, only 10 minutes walk to the train station and even closer to the tram station. It was very convenient for travel into central Tokyo and had some great local bars. The host was great, really helpful and great communication. We would definitely return when in Tokyo again!

Pros: Good layout of two separate bedrooms and conveniently located near public transportation and a large supermarket. The neighborhood is a cute, quiet old one that is definitely not touristy

Very accommodating for our family of 4 adults.

Pros: Spacious for our needs! For our family of 4 adults, we needed space and a kitchen. This location fit our needs perfectly. With 2 bedrooms, we were able to spread out comfortably. The kitchen allowed us to have breakfast in the room. The washing machine was an unexpected luxury during the hot and steamy Tokyo travel days.

Cons: This was not a big deal, but it is 10 minute walk to the train station and a 15 minute ride into Tokyo. After a day we were used to this and rather enjoyed joining the local commuters. It gave us a glimpse into daily life.
