Satisfied

Pros: Very close to the Komagome Station which was along the Yamanote line which made travel very easy. Spacious and clean.

Cons: Taking big luggage up the stairs.

Home away from home

Pros: Location - very close to train station, supermarkets and restaurants. Space and Japanese vibe with tatami and futons. Kindness of host.

Pros: Location is awesome - less than a block away from the JR Station. Room size is quite nice for japanese standards. Host answers quickly. Checkin and checkout process is smooth. Cost benefit is an advantage.

Cons: The futon is way too thin - our backs were a bit hurt in the morning. Since we were four people, there weren't enough futons for a second layer for everybody.

Wonderful!

Pros: Wonderful stay for the second time. Big and clean space. Check in and check out was easy and owner is friendly and responsive. Aircon and heating works well and bedding is comfortable.

Perfect!

Pros: Really love the apartment. Very spacious for 4 of us. Very clean and owner really basically provides almost evening things for you…some snacks, bottle water/drink. Instructions are all clear. Good communication. Though no lift but the stairs are just one flight of steps actually. Just right beside (1-2 min walk) from Komagome station (Yamanote Line) and a few min train ride from Nippori station for Skyliner (Narita). Quiet neighbourhood, so we slept well. Coming back again!

This is my go-to place whenever I come to Japan.

Pros: There is a big living area for people who are family, couple or friends to play together.

Cons: No.

Convenient location, great hosts, but a bit cold

Pros: Extremely conveniently located within 2 min from Komagome metro and JR lines. The apartment is quite spacious for Tokyo. There was a fridge, a kettle, a microwave and a tea set provided. The linen and towels were clean and fresh, hot water was always available, maybe not with the strongest flow ever seen, but with no failures. The hosts were amazingly kind and responsive and let us keep our bags after the check out on our last day.

Cons: We visited in January, and the building's walls are probably not insulated enough, because the room was quite cold. The heating runs via a/c only and convection of air was poor: hot air always stayed above, while down at the floor level it was several degrees colder. It was however, decently compensated by an extremely warm blanket, so at least during the sleep we never felt cold. One shall also know that it's a 2nd or 3rd floor without an elevator, so be prepared to carry your bags yourself. Still a good value for money considering the price on the lower end.

Très agréable, très confortable et super localisation.

Pros: La localisation très proche de la station JR Yamanote et donc de tous les quartiers principaux. La facilité pour se procurer les clés et la propreté de l’appartement. Les petits gâteaux pour l’accueil, les boissons au frais et les équipements de toilettes offerts.

Cons: Le manque d’équipement pour manger. Il n’y a aucune cuisine à part un frigo et un micro-ondes. Pas de couverts et d’assiettes pour manger dans l’appartement.

Heerlijk!

Pros: Ruim appartement en een fijne communicatie vanuit de host.

Cons: Je moet iets langer reizen voor de toeristische highlights en je slaapt aan een iets drukkere straat.
