Location was great for the price, lots of restaurants and shops

Pros: The location was great, far enough from the busy streets of central Tokyo but not far enough to feel isolated. The walk from the station was pleasant, offering us a few restaurants and shops. The 7/11 in front of the hotel made things even easier.

Cons: We booked the bunk beds, and unfortunately they aren't an actual bunk bed, just two regular beds, stacked. The construction was wobbly and every time me (top bunk) or my friend (bottom bunk) even so as turned, everything shook violently.

Overall, we still had a great stay.

Pros: I like that it felt like our own home. Almost complete amenities since they provided things for us to cook our food. Ample space for 2 people. They were able to respond to us in a timely manner when we were having trouble getting in the building. The instructions were clear and easily understandable. Quiet neighborhood. The bus stop is right outside the building. Convenience Store, a sushi place, bakery, patisserie, and bento store are just right outside. There's a few grocery stores nearby as well. And just a few minutes away from train stations.

Cons: The passcode for the locks were different from what was in the instructions they sent us, so it was kind of a hassle on our end that we didn't get to enter as soon as possible. Also, I didn't like how it's not on the maps yet because it would really be better if it was so people who would like to search for the place could easily locate them and it would be easier for the taxi drivers to know where to drop us off.

Pros: Good location, close to the Keikyu line. Easy to transfer to the Haneda airport

Pros: エアコン、洗濯機、風呂トイレが別キッチン用品やアメニティもちゃんとあって、ウィークリーとか短期間使用するのであれば最適だなと思いました

Cons: エレベーターがないので階段登り降りが億劫でした

Pros: 初めて民泊タイプを利用しましたが、アメニティもしっかりしていて良かったです。ビジネスホテルと違いプライベート空間的な感覚が強く過ごしやすかったです。

Pros: 設備は新しく安心して利用できました。必要なものは充分に揃っていて、延長コードが置いてある等、心遣いを感じました。

Cons: 子連れで上層階の部屋だと階段が大変でした。床の髪の毛や、風呂にはカス汚れがありましたが、掃除機が置いてあったし、風呂は洗い流せばよいので問題はなかったです。

Pros: 2度目の利用でした。エントランスの扉が閉まる度に少し音が聞こえてきましたが、すごく気になるという程ではありませんでした。お部屋もお風呂も清潔で、コンビニが真横にあるのがすごく便利でした。また利用します！

Cons: 少し駅まで遠いが、冬場はあまり苦ではない

Pros: 民泊だからチェックアウトの時間だけを気にすれば良いからそれが良かった。洗濯機がついてるのが良かった

Cons: キッチン周りに食べカスや髪の毛が落ちているのが気になった。メインキーがあったからよかったが、スペアキーが取り出せず困った。

Pros: Small but tidy room. Quiet. Feel like living in Tokyo.

Cons: There is NO elevator! Good for backpackers but not good for suits casers. You can use 3 train stations but a bit pain and far from them, 10-15 minutes walk.

Pros: Super freundliches Personal. Uns wurde immer sofort sofort geantwortet und geholfen. Sie Lage ist gut und die Unterkunft ist in einem guten Zustand.

Cons: Ein wenig eng aber man gewöhnt sich dran.
